I came into the T-Mobile store on Irving Park Road and an associate named Janet helped me. She was extremely kind and took care of my needs immediately. I was very frustrated and was having problems with my phone and she was able to fix a problem in less than 5 seconds. She was very kind and knew that I was upset. I called there again a week later and she was just as kind and knowledgeful and help me with an additional problem. And she solved my issue. What a great person and a great store.

I am here at t-mobile need a new phone was really not feeling it but I must admit everything went smooth I am so happy with my service if you ever need help please stop by and see Alejandro and the manager Erica they are great and very professional! Thanks T-mobile

Let me just say Ken and Erika are the absolute best! They helped me with fixing my iPhone I was having so much trouble with it being locked. I called customer service over the phone almost 5 times and spent hours on the phone to receive no help at all. I also went to a T Mobile location on the south side of Chicago and wasn’t treated well at all. But Erika and Ken made me feel so welcomed. They made everything so simple when it came to reactivating my phone. It was so simple fast and easy. They both are very kind intelligent well welcoming workers. They both went out of their way to make sure that I was fully satisfied as a paying customer and I’m so grateful and appreciative for that! I’ll definitely will be coming back to this location for any issues and problems that I have in the future. Very thankful again for both Erika and Ken thank you again for your great work!! T Mobile if you see this post just know that Ken and Erika are truly some great workers and deserve the absolute best!

While I ultimately was assisted with my upgrade, the sales associate Emily was deceitful. She broke down the cost of each phone option INSISTING that insurance coverage was necessary for at least 4 months (and eligible for cancellation once that time period was up) but the insurance is not necessary whatsoever. I repeatedly asked her if it was required (as I didn’t want it) and she said yes each time. As soon as I got home, I went online and immediately cancelled it as it isn’t required and this specific sales associate wanted to seemingly boost her commission. Along with this, she snuck a charging block into my bag and onto my bill for $20 of which I never asked for. I already had a charging block at home and would have never purchased it the day I was in the store. I am extremely disappointed with this employees practices and that this location stands for it as she is scamming/deceiving people out of their hard earned money. Steer clear of this location if you don’t want to walk out of there charged for add-ons that you don’t need.

I went to get a phone..knew what I wanted and they didn't have an Otter box ..so I went with something else..Everything was smooth until printed out my receipt and then I discovered the $35 charge for getting a new phone? That was a deal breaker for me..so the manager was then going to charge me a restocking fee? I was still standing there ..had not even left the store . She was also super rude about it. How ever long this phone last is my remaining time with Tmobile. I have grown tired of the very poor costumer service and the RUDE people they have working there. I paid in cash and she refused to give me my money back but instead credited my account..SHADY as hell.

Would give them 0 stars if possible! This location scams you :) went in for a new phone last month after mine broke, was told by the two young women working that I get a free phone case and screen protector with the iPhone 14, said sweet deal lets do it. Confirmed with them 3 times what my new monthly payment would be and it was only the cost of the phone. Turns out i'm being charged for the case and screen protector (which I never would have bought because it's a standard clear case that you can buy for like $10 on amazon) as well as protection which they never went over and I also never asked for. I called to speak to a manager named Erica and she was incredibly rude, told me that there's no way her staff would have told me it was free and quickly hung up. Reading some other reviews on here, this location seems fraudulent in their practices and based off the managers extremely unprofessional response and unwillingness to help in any way, seems like she's likely in on it!Edit: after a quick google search, it looks like employees get a 10% commission on retail accessories which would explain their incentive to scam people into unknowingly buying products.

Maria was excellent associate, she help me with every question, she explained everything regarding new upgrades in my plan, thanks to her i was able to walk out satisfied with a new device. highly recommend her to get things done easily and smooth. new pic with my new phone

I had a terrible experience with the place and service. Despite my account issue with three lines, which I never opened, Emely was careless and suggested I call customer service, even though I just spoke to them and was told to visit the store. Despite my attempts to explain, she seemed uninterested while on the phone with her friend . I try to purchase a phone but she said they don’t have any phones in stock except iPhone 13. No phones in store??? No Samsung or whatever ?Zero respect and service.

Erica is the best. Incredibly patient and helpful with issues on transfer of multiple phones to T-Mobile. It took a long time and was stressful. I am thankful for her help. And T-Mobile’s commitment to easy to use understand terms.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I spent an hour and a half here trying to switch from ATT to be added to my husbands T Mobile plan. I thought I was going to trade in my phone. All to be told after 45 minutes of going through the process to be told they couldn’t accept my phone. Why wouldn’t you look over the phone being traded in before suggesting to trade my phone in? Then I say fine I’ll keep my phone and add a line. They couldn’t figure that out either. So I left after all that time spent with the same phone and with my current ATT plan. They accomplished literally nothing. How is this possible?

Terrible experience workers were having a very long conversation about cupcakes. Four of them, when they should have been helping me. I was due for my free upgrade, which was then explained it would be 45$ a month for two years. Not a free upgrade whatsoever. They lied. Bad customers service. I changed to Verizon the next day. Please shut this place down.
