Went on Tuesday with my mom because she’s been having trouble with the service on her phone. When we went in Brandon greeted us and was very helpful and understanding with our problem. He helped us find a solution and my mom was very happy with his customer service. Keep up the great work.

This is the only location that doesn't allow inventory availability over the phone when police state they do.Also the two female workers have very bad customer service

This place is terrible, even worse than other TMobile locations, and that's saying something. Have been told incorrect information several times. Long waits. Shady dealings in general. Done with this company.

Tried to return a phone here. Wi the 14 day “buyers remorse” window. Was told after restocking fee, would get $2-3 back on my bf’s card… except… I didn’t have his card!!! Soooo even w the numbers for manual entry, I was outta luck. And I couldn’t just give them a diff card or just accept CASH!! No, that’d be too easy. T-mobile is a stupid company with stupid policies, and as nice as any of the staff is at any of the locations, it’s all effed bc the company will always suck big time/hard/every time. Five thumbs down. I hate them and am switching to xfinity. See ya neverrrr

Went on a Saturday and the store was empty. I was glad because I was there to pick up my son's new phone. The young lady that helped us was so nice and answered all our questions about the new phone. She also helped us transfer all his information from the old device to the new one. I had a great experience and I will encourage my friends and family to go to that location.

I can into this t-mobile and Sam helped me out and it was genuinely such a inviting environment. She answered all of my question (and I had a lot of them) and she was attentive and overall very helpful. Everyone working on the shift was also willing to answer any of my remaining questions and I would recommend this location above any of the other T-Mobile sites in this area.

My son Sal Ruiz spoke very highly about the exceptional customer service he gets at this store . Freddy ,destiny and Mayra were all helpful and accommodating but he said Sherry was THE MVP after he encountered technical difficulties and came back to the store. THANK you all for being so good at your job

The RUDEST people ever! I was upset because I keep getting told different things from customer service. A girl was helping me and then a guy who works there told me I looked upset and asked what was wrong. As I'm telling him, he just walks away. Ok fine! Then he comes to try and help and as I'm talking to him again, he walks away. They don't want to listen or help. I was telling them what customer service told me twice on the phone and another girl chimes in and says customer service is wrong. Both times!!?? So over T-Mobile!

Shout out for exceptional customer support from Sherry and Lupe at this location! I was having a miserable day with difficulties with my trade-in phone, and a visit to this location took care of all my concerns with help from two of the most pleasant and knowledgeable women I have ever met. Thank you Sherry and Lupe for tuning a miserable day into a most happy one.

Not sure why I can’t leave 0 stars. Yesterday July 26 my parents went in and while my parents waited LUPE told my father that he can make an appointment for the next day if he was in a rush without him saying ANYTHING!!! Then told him that she refused to help them out because she said that he said that “she was taking too long”. What kind of customer service is this!!!! He didn’t even say one word to her for her to say that and even if he did say she’s taking too long that’s not a reason to refuse service!!!! Beyond rude and unprofessional! You guys need to work on your customer service because it cost $0 to be a good person!!!!!!!

I was having a very bad experience with my newly purchased T-Mobile phone and after a week of stressing out and struggling I decided to go back to the store. The T-Mobile representative by the name of Angelica was a savior. She was patient and thorough and fixed my phone. I always have a great experience at the Addison mall T-Mobile store

Had an appointment set up with DESTINY. scheduled a day before to switch over from Verizon to TMobile due to the outrageous pricing. Soon as I walked in she was ready for my business! Thank God she found the phone I wanted in their inventory ! She was SOOO polite and sooo helpful. Helped me understand my bill & gave me the best deals that she could! And the best part was everything was so quick! She was on straight business and knew exactly what to do. The location is good, store is nice. Their employee Destiny is literally the best. she was great and deserves a promotion or some type of raise. Outstanding customer service skills & business! I highly recommend this store and to be set up with her anything you do with TMobile.
