I tried to buy a phone cash and add it to my line but every time I walked in and tried too I was told different then the customer service agent on the phone. They didn’t want to accept my Apple Pay (yes they do take Apple Pay but not with me) even though it was a debit card with my name or accept a physical credit card I guess Michael didn’t want to sell me the phone for some reason very disappointed with the service will take my business else where if it’s so hard for this store.

It's SHAMEFUL WHAT THEY HAVE DONE. THEY ADDED 3tephone numbers to my account. The sold me a device, for internet, on a non-funtioning computer. And I have a telephone with NUMEROUS PROBLEMS!!

I took my mom to 55th and Wentworth location yesterday 5/20. We had the pleasure of meeting Store Manager Malek and his team members Edgar, Ramon and another gentleman whose name I apologetically don’t remember. The customer service from the whole team was PHENOMENAL. They were very helpful as well as knowledgeable with every issue that we raised and every question that we asked. Great job staff, kudos to you ALL for service with a Smile. This location can be the flagship store based on customer service, knowledge and overall Awesomeness.Thank You All for Creating A Quality Experience/Example!!

They are liars at this store they will tell you anything to get a sale .they told me i a promo and they was suppose to give me 20 dollars a month over a period of time on my bill and they have not . I’m still waiting on the manager to return my call from the other day .He claim he was going to check into it and call me back haven’t heard anything .but want you to spend money .don’t shop with them or T-Mobile period they going to tell you anything to get the sale your going to be very disappointed if i could Give them a zero they would have it

Ramon Janet Gabby and Ahmed on Saturday. They were cheerful and helpful. There happened to be a completely inappropriate customer enter the store. and they handled it like pros. Their affection for their brand was obvious. I’m all set for at least two years

I go here to pay my internet bill and the staff is always friendly not lazy or unwilling to help. I appreciate good customer service. They get me in and out.

Edgar here does not listen. Cuts you off when speaking. That causes him to not remember what you've said to him. He's so thirsty to make the sell that he moves really quickly and has to repeat most steps over again, which makes the process much longer than it has to be. On top of that he has really bad breath.

I am a senior and I always come here because they are patience and kind. Janet is the young lady who is the nicest and kindness in the store. I always recommend this location cause of her !

I’m a long term customer . I finally added a second line and was removed from an old package no longer offeredI entered the store in chicago at 5401 s wentworth and asked for a fee phone promo . Kierra offered the iPhone 11 but she didn’t seem confident so I confirmed with Jack ( who helped her ) that it was freeKierra was clueless . I stood in my feet about 2 hours to add a line then when I went home spent another 4 hours on the phone with tech support because the SIM card wasn’t assigned properlyUltimately I was double charged for my bill aside from prorations and I was charged $250 for an old iPhone 11 which is not what was discussed with the rep , Kierra and manager JackWhen I realized there was a billing issue I called in they sent me to the store making an appointment with Jack and Kierra for 11 am when they would both be there .No surprise , Kierra was scheduled off and Jack wasn’t due in until 12:30!Plus they billed me twice and told me I would receive a credit of $10 per line for auto pay and it’s really $5Mike ( rep present when I arrived to resolve issue ) reviewed the account and was very stoic , no empathy and never asked how he could help . When I tried to express my issue he robotically stated it’s nothing he can do and wait until Jack arrives to work which at that point would be another 45 minutesPoor customer service , poor training , poor sales tactics , poor experience. I need T-Mobile to do the right thing and credit the cost of my new phone $250 as promised
