Please make sure to always leave and ask first for a receipt especially if they get you on that PHONE TRADE IN deal! I had 2 bad experiences. AND PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU. Half of the time they are just lieing or making things up to get by the customers. its honestly the worst experience I've had with T MOBILE.

Wish there was something LESS than ONE star. These people are total MORONS!!!! They are the MOST UNHELPFUL staff of ANY store I've ever shopped at. I will never go to this store again. If you live nearby here, take the time to travel to a different store because this one is not worth giving your business to. Rude, unhelpful and seemingly deliberately obtuse. Overall useless people.

Worst T-mobile store. Manager was really rude doesnt have any technical knowledge and very bad at customer support. When asked for my genuine approved refund by T mobile she behaved really bad.

I had a terrible experience today at this T-Mobile location (3924 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632). These two ladies -Anai and Mari- were extremely rude with me and my mother. I definitely do not recommend this store. I already sent my complain to T-Mobile Customer Service. (I had to put one star in order to submit my review, but, according to my experience, they do not deserve any).

Everything is so well until one day, some one does not do things right. They need to train people to care for customers. Unfortunately Tmobile did not solve my problems.

TMobile location is cool. It's not the location I regularly visit. The location I visit is temporarily closed for remodeling. The staff was friendly. The store's door had wood in it from an attempted burglary. I just paid my bill and left.

Ever since sprint merge with t mobile I'm not happy with their customer service. When I had sprint I never had issues. Now that they are t mobile bad service. I upgraded one of my lines was lied to returning previous phone never received the promotion for returning it. I'm paying the regular fee of the device which makes no sense. They won't return my old phone and won't give me the adjustment or the credit for previous months on paying regular fee of the new device. You talk to representatives and supervisors and honestly there not on the same page. They tell you different things most of them don't know anything. I'm frustrated with them. I warn everybody don't do business with them. It headache trying to get issue resolved with them. Worst customer service ever. Very unhappy with them. Waiting next bill see if they fix the problem or going to different phone carrier. I'm so sick of them.

Store was closed at 3:40pm on 12/20/2021, for unknown reasons. No explanation was given. One worker was inside.
