Very very slow service. Understaffed. Nobody even acknowledges a customer walking in. Not even a head nod or a smile. Just blatantly ignores the customer until their turn comes up. If anyone who can make a change is looking at this, please add more staff at this location.

Long wait lines over 25 mins, rude staff who lack knowledge of Samsung products.They'd tell you to go to BestBuy if you'd like to learn about the product. This is intolerable because I had only one yes or no question to make a purchase decision and their response was you'll have to wait or just go to BestBuy.It's obvious that the staff don't feel invested in the store.Fyi...the answer was a yes and I ended up buying from a competitor (same goes for future purchases).

I’m in Chicago every other month. If I’m there I yell at the staff “make your service better”..there’s really nothing they can do about it, but global team. Why am I in t-mobile stage with no service?This staff though is amazing..workers are absurdly nice and helpful..so many perks discovered. Please call security on me!

We switched service from Verizon to T-Mobile at this location. Darrel was great. He was patient and explained everything clearly. During our first visit he even told us to wait for a few weeks because he thought the company might be coming out with a new offer. Darrel patient explained the difference between the iPhone 14 Pro and the new Samsung phone my wife was considering. Once we agreed to the terms, they offered to have our phones shipped to the store for safety. He then spent over an an hour helping us get the new phones set up and working, including helping us through several Apple ID issues we encountered. All of the staff was helpful. No waiting time. Clean and bright store with plenty of seating. BTW, great plans for seniors and people who travel internationally.

Jarrell Ryan and James were absolutely phenomenal. Had a bad experience at ATT and they made it all better with their expertise and knowledge of promotions. Even though they were about to close they stayed after to help me with transferring I and my husband’s phone number and content and I really appreciated it. Recommending them to all my friends and family!
