WORST T-MOBILE. Bad customer service... female employee ignore us as she yak with her boyfriend. It took over 15 minutes to deal with a minor issue and when I told her about it she became extremely disrespectful,.

Honestly the lady that "helped" my Grandma and me today at this location had such a bad attitude and didn't want to help us out I'm not sure what her name was but honestly terrible customer service and she told us to "Call customer service" when I asked if I could get help while on the phone she just "No you can call them when you guys get back home n they will help you with everything" like what kind of sh** is that!!?

Iliana has terrible customer service skills and their was teammate present who should have stepped in if she thought I had a attitude for trying understand what she was explaining which wasn’t clear or concise. I wanted her to show me how to troubleshoot not do it for me. She had the audacity to say, “I helped you solve your problem.” No you didn’t, you fixed it without showing me how to do it myself going forward. I had to remind her that’s her job.

I shopped at T-Mobile on Chicago Ave. & Ashland. The 2 employees Yliana and Ruby helped assist me. Their warm greetings, with a smile on their face. They both were very patient with me and kind.These ladies deserve employee of month.Thank you,??

Beware - they call police for their egos.Haven't been to this store before. Set up a warranty exchange with T-Mobile a couple days ago and they sent the new phone here. All I had to do was transfer the data and leave.Unbenounced to me, Associate Yliana was having one of the worst days in her life and decided in the worst way possible should take it out on me. Without even inspecting the phone she concluded that my phone was not eligible for warranty and that she couldn't do it. I asked her to explain and she gave a non answer. I explained that the phone was already in the back all I needed to do is to transfer the data and she walked away.I called T-Mobile customer support to confirm what she said. I spoke to a very nice associate named Stephanie who after double checking issues with battery life determined that yes the warranty was completely valid. While I was speaking with customer support, Yliana, had walked by and told the 2nd associate that she was not to work with me and so when I eventually finished the call with Stephanie the 2nd associate told me that she would not work with me and that I was loitering in the business and that if I didn't leave I would be arrested for loitering. They also told me they canceled the warranty so I had no business here, which I learned later on the second call to t mobile they had not actually done. The whole thing was heard by tmobile support and now there is an investigation.I can't think of a worst kind of employee than one who will try and have you arrested rather than admit they don't know store policy and can't do a basic job. My phone warranty was moved to another store I have to wait another day or 2 but just a waste of an hour for me.Update - I moved the warranty exchange to another store and they did it with no issues. I even was given an upgrade.

I was given false information by Joe that I had 14 days to fix my old phone and receive the same trade-in price. After already fixing the screen to my old phone, I look at the receipt and see a different price offered and a turn in date with much more time. I called the location and they confirmed that the trade in price is only allowed on the day of sale and not eligible after. It was very upsetting to spend the money to fix my old phone screen for nothing.
