What scam this is art !Went in to pay bill and ofcourse they took my money but to close acount gotta sit on phone bout 45 min if lucky and they "cant do anything about it" other than trying to convince you to stay with them for 45 min.

Tim at the T-Mobile store in Lincoln Park is the best. He was able to help me navigate through a lot of the issues I had . I had a lot of questions. He took the time to answer them all. He is someone who definitely enjoys his job and takes it very seriously. I wish there were more people in customer service like him

BELIEVE ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. Anyone who has a positive experience should consider themselves lucky. I was a long-time Sprint customer and came into the store to upgrade my daughter's phone. I was falsely told that I should come back at the beginning on the billing cycle to avoid extra fees. I explained that it wouldn't make sense that I be charged 'extra fees' on a free upgrade that TMobile was offering me. The representative looked at my account and informed me that the plan I had was a Sprint plan and therefore my plan had to be switched. The Representative assured me my new plan would be cheaper. Well the next billing cycle my bill had DOUBLED! My bill was more than $400 dollars. I had to call TMobile Customer Care to sort everything out. Customer Care apologized profusely and indicated that the in-store rep placed me on the most expensive plan and didn't remove the Sprint charges.Customer Care also apologized for the misinformation and took care of the upgrade. All I needed to do was mail in my daughter's old phone.Avoid this store at all cost!!

Do NOT believe the employees about anything.They will tell you a device & plan are eligible for a promotion when it is not.T -mobile customer support will tell you they will not comply with federal laws regarding this fraud.They do this regularly. This is the 3rd time out of 3 they have done it to me.Yes...I'm obviously an idiot for thinking that they'd be any better after having to fight them before.But they're still liars & thieves with standards & quality of service quickly plummeting.

The service was excellent. Alex helped me immediately and were very friendly. He made sure I was in and out so I could get to watch my 49ers. If you need T-Mobile only come to North and Cy and ask for ALEX!!!! ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited the T-Mobile at 824 W. North Avenue, 60614. I was helped by Lakisha Garret. Her customer service and knowledge were outstanding! Great location and great T-Mobile Expert!!!

Worst TeamMobile store. They seem to only speak Spanish. English is the secondary language at this location. When the sales people spoke to each other they only spoke in Spanish so you have no idea what is going on. I came in for a screen saver 25 mins later no screen saver. However, they are mailing it to my home with a delivery date of 7-10 days. They didn’t say they would have to mail it to me or give me options. They had multiple problems identifying the account (not sure why). Hoping to get better service, I asked where is another Team Mobile close to here, the response was Lincoln park- so helpful. (Sarcasm) I see why most of my neighbors shop in the suburbs. Avoid this TeamMobile unless you require someone who speaks Spanish.

I went to the T-Mobile store on North Avenue is soon as they opened up. I had the pleasure of having Alex to help me out. I mean it was great customer service and very knowledgeable. I absolutely could not have had a better experienced. Great attitude just overall great service, I’m extremely happy. And he solve the problem of mine with great results.
