Worst customer service ever experienced. I try to return the router back to T-Mobile. The label clearly said return to any authorized T-Mobile dealer or T-Mobile store. They said they are authorized dealer but refused to accept the router. They only treat you like god if you want open a new line of service. Other than that good luck.

Andres was very helpful, I got a glaxzy 23s for my husband he did not like the android and was very very helpful showing me how to return and get an I phone, very patient and they do their best to get you the best deal!!

This is the best T-Mobile I’ve ever visited. A stressful evening turned into smiles. Both of the people on staff this evening go above and beyond in their jobs. They were so patient, provided incredible customer service, and have incredible personalities. Thank you! :)

T-Mobile’s in-store customer service left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I visited the store to replace my internet router, but the staff refused to help me, claiming that the router was defective and that replacing it would hurt their numbers. They told me I would have to go to corporate or mail it in and wait for it to be shipped. I explained that I needed internet right away and couldn’t be without it for several days, but they still refused to help. I have a business account with 12 lines, but they didn’t seem to care about my needs. The customer service specialist was rude and unhelpful, and I was left without internet for several days.I would not recommend this store to anyone. The in-store customer service is terrible, and the staff doesn’t seem to care about their customers’ needs. I plan to reach out to T-Mobile’s corporate team and management to file a complaint about this store and its poor customer service. I hope that T-Mobile will take steps to improve its in-store customer service so that other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience that I did.Review update:I’m disappointed to report that my issue still hasn’t been resolved. To make matters worse, I received an automated response that made me feel like no one cares. I filed a complaint with the CEO team, and they supposedly filled an incident report. However, I’m still stuck without internet, even though they promised overnight shipping. It’s been two days now, and I’m considering switching providers. If you value good customer service, I suggest you do the same.

The customer service experience has been deeply disappointing, marked by a lack of empathy and responsiveness. Despite persistent issues with my internet router, their reluctance to replace it is a clear indicator of prioritizing their convenience over customer satisfaction. In the midst of working from home, I find myself without a reliable means of getting work done, and this setback affects our entire household, given the essential role internet connectivity plays in our lives in this day and age. It appears that T-Mobile's primary focus is on sales, rather than genuinely addressing the needs and concerns of their customers.

Got a travel eSIM here. $20 for 5 GB which was just enough to last the 6 days I needed it for.

My phone was acting up and not recognizing my sim. Despite putting a new sim in, it is still not detecting. I brought my phone in this t-mobile location and Joel helped me install eSIM and now my phone is working perfectly. Joel was a great help and definitely a big asset for Tmobile.

I went to T mobil today to pay my phone bill and I waited 36 minutes for someone to assist me. They didn't greet me or the other customer that came in behind me. The T mobil workers did not say anything along the line we will be with you in a few minutes. It was three customers they were assisting and one in line before me. One customer left out because it was too long, another customer left out that was assisted already. To wait that long just to pay a phone bill is ridiculous. I have never wait that long at any T mobil store I have walked in. I won't be back. My first and last time. I hope things change to better assist customers.

Natalie provided excellent customer service at this location. My husband and I were inquiring about both telephone and internet service for a new non-profit that we are launching in PA this summer. She was able to share with us the costs of different plans. Natalie also recommended that we speak with a T-Mobile representative on the phone who can offer us the best package for a nonprofit, including waving the taxes. I would recommend T-Mobile's service. They are priced competitively, and Natalie was very helpful and patient with our many and varied questions.

T-Mobile may not have the best deals or prices, but they are not only the best company, but they are the best customer service by far. They will always do whatever you need, and they make every effort to help and answer any questions or concerns in a swift manner. If you have never tried T-MOBILE my advice to you is to try them out. I guarantee you will be happy you did so.
