I purchased a products from RICO. He lied about how much the bill would increase. I was also supposed to receive air pods which I've been waiting for toooo long. Almost a most. I keep getting the run around. Whem you go there or call everybody acts like the only person who can help you is the person who sold you your stuff. I tried to return the things prior to the deadline and was pushed past that date. Of course it's past the date. Terrible and liar service from the associates. Ghetto, loud and confusing environment. They are all liars and have SCAMMER ways. ...... stay away..... from RICO especially!!

T Mobile store 7702. Two emergency situations for my work and personal cell. Two gentlemen at this store could not have been more helpful and professional. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE from calls dropping, FaceTime freezing, messages not going through to internet not working SMH ever since they merged with Sprint their customer service sucks also been on hold for 30 minutes now!!!! I wouldn't even give them a star

I just purchase the iPhone 15 plus I was having problems setting it up. My first stop was T-Mobile on 87 Dan Ryan. They didn’t fix it right so I decided to go to this location. Rico did his thang. He set up my new phone with no problem. All my app’s transfer over my texts all 289 of them was also transferred over as well. Rico and his coworker Frank did a nice job running the store by they self on the first of the month. I hope you guys give them a raise and appreciate the great customer service skills they are providing to your customers. Thank you again Rico …. I will see you Saturday so you can fix my watch now.

Neysha was awesome! I needed a lot of patience and guidance. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions with a smile. She even stayed past the end of her shift to finish activating my account and help restore my lost contacts and messages.

To be honest, I usually walk into mobile phone retail outlets with a LOT of trepidation. They're not known for great service. My father's phone was quite old, not operable, and he needed a replacement. Carlos was the MVP. He determined that my dad's phone was under warranty, made great recommendations, and saved me a lot of money. He walked me through every thought process, and was patient with my litany of questions. It was a great experience and far exceeded my expectations.
