I bought a new phone for almost 200.00$ and it is not working, my signal keep failing , my screen keep getting stuck, service slow asl and why it say 4g network instead of 5g???

With all due respect, a couple of the reps here are absolute rats. This is the 2nd time they add more lines to my plan than I had requested. This 2nd time, I mentioned to the rep that I only wanted one and he goes on to tell me that the second line is free and insists I take it even though I have no use for it. I check my bill today and am being charged $28/mo for that line he said was free apart from the $39 activation fee I paid the day I requested the single line. It seems to me that adding 2 or more lines costs the same as adding 1 and they take advantage of the customer with this feature to fool you into taking an extra. Take your business elsewhere, do not trust these folks with your money.It also looks like they are buying 5 star reviews. Please do yourself a favor and just go to another T-Mobile or switch companies all together.

This store saved my life. Visiting Chicago for the first time and my phone got stolen. I thought everything was over. Oswaldo was super helpful and very understanding of my situation. He helped me get a new phone and everything. If it wasn't for this store; I'd be stuck here. May God bless yall there!

I have been having issues with T-Mobile small local stores. So I finally decided to come to their corporate store on 51st and Pulaski and let me tell you when I say come and talk to Aylin and the store manager Liz they will help you !. They are super cool and professional and will go above and beyond to help you get your problem solved. Check them out !!!!

I would recommend another Tmobile store. The person who assisted me dragged his feet and then rushed us out of the store because it got late insisted on assisting me the next day. Came the next day and he wasn’t even there. I expected better.

I stopped at this store after a bad experience at an authorized retailer and I wish I had just come here in the first place! This store does get busy but my transaction was taken care of quickly and professionally. They are a corporate-owned store so they're better trained than the authorized retailer employees!

I meant to make this review about two weeks ago but trust me when I say this, the manager and her staff when I went in were VERY PROFESSIONAL and KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT NO GIMMICKS me and my girlfriend went int (we’ll I did by myself at first) because her phone got stolen and she needed to get a new one and was clearly visibly upset and wasn’t enthused to visit T-Mobile at first because she didn’t want to get the runaround but they were very understanding and helped us get her a new phone that day with a promotion that was going on! It’s not her first choice but now we were able to go on our trip to Denver knowing she can communicate properly while on vacation and the manager relayed that we had a two week time period to return the phone she has right now so she can upgrade to the one she wants eventually without penalty of paying extra for the current one she has. I really appreciate the understanding and compassion because admit it or not that’s rare to find in retail especially when you have to fail with potentially hundreds of people daily! Thanks! I’ll update when we upgrade her back to an iPhone :)
