Leslie is friendly. However the phone I was trading in for was not here as promised. Now I have to go to a whole different store, go out of my way as the carrier I switched to has charged me $275 extra. All the likes had to be moved and transferred over as of today. And now I have to take an extra step, spend another 1.5 hours out of my night to get something I was originally scheduled to get here in person.

my family has t-Mobile!!! let me just say the girls in there are very unprofessional not helpful whatsoever... We asked for a supervisor but like always...for some reason not present!!! I would not go to this store at all ... So the phone got overheated stop powering on and they wanted to charge me a full deductible for the phone ... No damage to the phone whatsoever ..On top of that I went through asurion they ordered a replacement phone and send it to this store.. they did not want to give it to me because they said the phone was not powering on ... The girls here are super lazy and just on their phones the entire time

Rep at store will try to force you to buy accessories or the insurance plan. You do not need to buy accessories and if they force you to get the optional insurance plan, just call 611 and cancel

My experience at this location was good. Jenny who attended me knew what she was doing when I asked her for help. Even though what I asked for was actually out of t-mobiles hands it's nice to know the next i can do and have a clear state of mind. On top of that her customer service skills are excellent.

One of the female employees denied my warranty exchange after I went to 1 Apple Store and 2 tmobiles and none said there was any damage but she mysteriously saw the strip was red… went to another Apple Store today and no water damage … don’t go here people . They messed up my insurance and I have been without a phone for almost a month . Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever the customer service here is trash! Bought my brother a new iPhone 11 for it not to even work. Had to go back 3 times for them to finally realize that the phone was messed up! They should be more on top of making sure everything works before I left the 2nd time. They tried giving me a another same phone with the same problems and I asked for a refund and they got the nerve to say I have to pay a $40 fee like are you serious why didn’t the manager explain that from the beginning. They should aware their customers about all fees before purchasing. Haven’t even had the phone a full day and already having to pay fees!!!

I came in two times and Fatima was so nice and helpful. I’ve gone to other stores and they’ve never offered me the help she offered me. I left very happy with my new phone. I definitely recommend her store and staff. Great customer service

T-mobile sent me an email letting me know one of my phone numbers in my account needed to replace SIM to maintain service. The SIM cards are free and they charged my mother in-law 12 dollars for it after they told her, the sim won't work either way. So just be ware that SIM cards are free and you can call T-Mobile company about it to confirm.

Horrible experience. The only reason I come here is because they closed the location next to Pete's Market. The staff is not knowledgeable in what they do. If you get a new phone for any reason and if you have important information that you don't want to lose demand that they do Smart Switch. They were too lazy to do Smart Switch so they told me there was no need because everything was saved on my Google account. Well they were wrong and because I lost valuable photos and videos of my mother who passed away from covid.
