Staff is nice but onething I want to mention that don't forget to take the receipt for the payment. Otherwise, your transaction won't go through, and money will also gone. No one took responsibility.

I was at the T-Mobile at six corners this afternoon, desperate for some guidance with a new I Phone and was so happy to have found Destini! She was patient and persistent in trying to understand the problem, and I really appreciated her kindness when it came to my ignorance where technology is concerned!!Destini is a real asset to the company.

When my husband was needing a wireless charger he went to the metro store on the corner only to have the guy try and sell him one for 80 dollars that would not work with his phone, so I told him to go to T-Mobile where the sales guy helped him find what he needed and made sure it would work. It was also no where near 80 dollars. Then I went in myself to get internet and was in and out with no issues in less then 30 minutes. Thanks for all the help guys!

worst customer service, went in for T-Mobile Tuesday to get my free Halloween bucket. There were 3 salesperson, 2 were busy, and 1 was doing nothing. When asked for my bucket, the lady said there were 2 more customers ahead of me, and they couldn't get me the bucket. She said it in a very loud manner. I asked that the person who was doing nothing to get it, she said that he was busy (doing nothing) She yelled to me to sit down and wait for my turn. She was helping an older gentleman and she was very condescending to him. She said to the other customer she was the manager. After 15 minutes, the other guy took my name and instead giving me the bucket, starting filling up his tablet with my information, my full name, address, tel # He asked for my ID, I gave him, and without telling he took the front and back photos of my Driver's licence, without my permission and very fast. Then he waited, I didn't know what was happening,he said that't how they do it to get my free bucket. I hoped that he was not doing my credit check, because after another 7 minutes, the lady asked him whether I was approved/qualified? then she started telling me about their internet service, which she was pressuring for me to sign up, meanwhile still no bucket. After I refused for internet service, they finally gave me the bucket, turnaround time 40 minutes. I felt violated as they took all my personal information. Meanwhile they were 12 other people in the store for the bucket, who were all equally ignored. Don't ever go in this store for free Tuesday, and oh yes, I was interested in the new 5G phone, as my old one was acting up. Guess I will be going to Best Buy to buy one.

Poor customer service rude and untrained staff ignore customers and take to long with customers when making a sales rude to older customers and have a don't care attitude. Pass this t mobile store up go somewhere else should not be in the six conors area.

Walked in with my mom to ask a question regarding my account. The lady who attended us was named Debbie and she kept asking me repeated questions . The same question over and over, I answered each time. Then she started to completely disregard me and talking over me to my mom. And when I asked questions she would ignore me , and when she finally addressed me. She said I was explaining it to her all wrong. She was talking to me like I was a child. When honestly I had made a simple statement. The problem was I had an account with two lines one for myself and one for my brother. We closed that account a few months ago. And I had seen statements in my bank account that I was still being charged. So I came in to ask why is this the case. There’s no reason for someone to ignore a customer, or treat someone like they are stupid. Especially when I am still a customer there. It’s my account, and I deserved to be and answered and addressed respectfully. Even my mother was offended with how she acted. If you come here avoid this lady , horrible customer service.

I want to point out first that I have never in 27 years I’ve been alive have I ever had an easy experience buying a phone. It has always been a huge hassle in the past and I’ve dreaded the day I have to get a new phone. Erik was simply the best phone tech I’ve ever met. He made the process so easygoing and I can’t believe this is my first great experience buying a new phone. He guided me through the whole process with a positive attitude and he really knows what he’s talking about with no bs(pardon my French). That man should get a raise! By far best experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for his patience and kindness throughout!

They advertise internet service for $30. But when you get there or call.they say it's $50. Cause it's not in my area .lol but the 50 dollar one is .I believe it's a scam
