The worse customer service. I went to return an internet device which sucked by the way. The girl told me I had to have a manager sign off on the device so I could not return it. Then I asked her if she could help me find a location where they could take the device? She said no she could not help me find one.The ABSOLUTE WORSE STORE. Don’t go there.

I walked in with my parents about a week ago being my first time at this location. I wanted to get both of my parents in my account and we had Eduardo help us out. He was able to explain all details for us in English and Spanish. He was very help full and answered all of our questions. I would say he went above and beyond for us to walk out of the store satisfied. Thanks Eduardo.

I been coming here for years. Yuri has been at this location for many years and ever since I switched I only come to her. She’s the store manager. She’s always been great and helps me with any issue I have. I go to stores by my house and they never go out of their way to help. I drive 35 minutes just to come here because she always looks out for what benefits me.I do want to mention I came Saturday to upgrade my sons phone and over heard an escalated situation (the review below) Yuri was called out of her name several times (which was not mentioned) and the lady was yelling like a crazy person and shouting cuss words which is why the cops were called and Yuri still was nice enough to tell them not to kick the lady out. Some people never tell the truth on here. The whole staff here are sweet hearts. No one should deal with customers like this.Ps: T-Mobile is taking our money. A $5 charge to pay my bill at the store? That’s ridiculous.

Came in just to inquire about potentially switching carriers and I really loved the professionalism the whole team had while I was in store and I loved the environment the store had. They had some amazing promotions I couldn’t resist. I got the phone I wanted and a better price on my bill. Will be recommending everyone to this store ??

8/5/23I went in 3 separate times,1st time, I initially went with my sister to see if they had promos going on that I can take advantage of, since I was changing carriers and wanted info. We were told I could trade in my phone, activate my line (solo or on her account) & be set. We agreed to activate on her account and left, I went to get my phone because it was a deal myself nor my sister was willing to let go of. Spoke to Eduardo & Raz.2nd time, we came in a few hrs later and again spoke to Eduardo & Raz, who were great btw! BUT this time Yesenia (store manager) was also involved, when I was inquiring about the watch I was eyeing & willing to spend more $$ in store for, I and my sister asked if the activation fee could be waived so I can get the watch. Per Yesenia, “I’m not willing to lose my job over waiving the fee” with nothing but disrespect in her voice. All I needed was a simple “sorry, store policy is ___” from the moment she got involved my time in store went south QUICKLY. She didn’t present herself in any kind of way, she didn’t care if they made a sale, she didn’t even really want to help. STILL ignoring the attitude & SOLELY focusing on Eduardo and Raz’s really good customer service, they got me to walk out with the phone I went in for.As my sister and I are getting to her house, we’re discussing and I’m looking over the receipt while she’s looking on her T-Mobile account, to find out that I was wrongly charged on something, AND she saw we had an extra phone line that we didn’t agree on in store. We called T-Mobile Customer Service and spoke to Ethan who, honestly, didn’t help the situation at all. So we called into the store and asked for Eduardo since he cashed us out. Speaking to him over the phone, he mentioned that adding my line ended up giving her another line free, we never once were told about that, nor did we agree to it because we didn’t need it. We were told if we cancelled the line we would HAVE TO pay for a phone that was originally free because I did the trade in. In other words, I wouldn’t be eligible for the promotion (but the promo was trade in & get the phone free with purchase of the activation + the taxes of the phone) because we were canceling a line that we didn’t agree on, nor were we told about… because just like management, we didn’t wanna risk having to pay for the line later on. We were also told we’d be getting a credit to the account for the wrongful charge. We still didn’t fully understand what was going on, and at some point thought something fraudulent was going on, so we ended up having to go in the 3rd time. This 3rd time, the store manager - Yesenia was involved again, and STILL SUPER RUDE. We asked if someone could get in contact with customer support due to having the previous issue and we were told by SM “I’m not calling customer service, that’s not my job, my job is to run the store and handle sales, not servicing customers.” My sister proceeded to pull her phone out, and stated “okay, we’ll I don’t have an issue with calling myself either, and by the way sales & customer service go hand in hand” giving the her the same attitude, then SM stated “I don’t know who you think you’re talking to like that.”The whole time she’d been escalating, instead of deescalating the problem and explaining what was going on. She escalated the issue so much, in fact, that she called the cops on us because we were trying to get answers and she obviously wasn’t willing to give them. After calling them, she went about her way to another group of clients and we stayed speaking to Eduardo, Raz, and the woman who was helping on the phone from the customer service department. (She turned the cops away within seconds of them walking in.)We were able to get some answers to most of the questions, finally, THANKS TO Eduardo & Raz’s calm demeanor & professionalism. This store EASILY COULD HAVE BEEN my favorite T-Mobile store & crew, but just as easily that was messed up by a SM that has no sense of customer service or sales.??♀️

If I could give 0 stars this place deserves it. If you are not there to buy anything, these guys wont help you out. They sent us all to do our own account transfers and gave us all the wrong account info... Useless sob's

BEWARE!!! They will make sure to tell you "you need insurance as part of the promotion" or "You get a phone case + Screen Protector" Only to find out 1. The promotion does not require you to get insurance and 2. They charge you an Accessory fee for the case and screen protector... Dishonest people that really take advantage. I learned next time you go here make sure you question them and ask for receipts and check everything before signing or agreeing to anything. I have been a customer with them for 10+ years and when I called all they said was "you signed for everything, you cannot do anything about it" ...

First time I came to a T-Mobile store and explained to them what I wanted and was listened. Rasmilie guided me through the purchase, helped lower my bill, And got a new iPhone 14 Pro Max—such a nice person with a good smile. Ask for ras!

I had a funny feeling when Rasmilie had told me that I was "required to purchase insurance for the first 4 months" on My new phone. I asked her over "really? Why?" And all I was told was because that's the way the promo works. Insurance is a ridiculous $18 a month through t-mobile (never get it!) And only 5 a month through the phone company itself. My intuition is never wrong, so I called Tmobile to confirm and they were very disappointed to hear the false information I was told by Rasmilie. Not only did she force me to get insurance I didn't need , which by the way is taken off now by TMobile and purchased MY way because I'm an Adult, she tricked my roommate into purchasing insurance she didn't want either for her device! My roommate asked her specifically if she would be able to add insurance through the phone company itself (available up to 365 days after purchase) , and Rasmilie falsely informed her that the insurance through t-mobile is the same price and through the company as well. Long story short, never get insurance through TMobile. Complete lies to get us to purchase insurance we didn't need and we definitely won't come back to this store. Please have Rasmilie inform the customers with correct information and help them save money and get better options instead of trying to make a sale . As a salesman myself, i understand trying to sweet talk a customer into a sale, but having integrity and being honest is still something I and every salesperson should have! Ridiculous... From my understanding, they don't even get commission from insurance, so I dont understand the motive.
