Customer service was horrible because of the lady with BLUE HAIR ( pick up &exchange line) She was absolutely rude . I was waiting on second line lifting my baby and my bags but she continued to service other line. When she finished serving everyone who was before and after me I asked her why I have to wait hours while lifting my baby. She answered that I must to wait at the end of the first line. Wtf.. Are you serious? She is fucking racist !!!! She saw , she knew that I'm staying and waiting her in a line not because I want to talk about shitttttt.

Went to this target in hopes to cool down from the heat and clean up after my beach day. Floor team was helpful with helping me with any questions I had. Everything was going well up until my boyfriend and I arrived to self checkout. We had a shopping cart but me and my boyfriend are so used to shopping with just my tote bag because of the cities bag charge so everything end up in my tote bag. Before we were even scanned our second item and I was entering my phone number on the keypad security comes up from behind us and asks us "how we found everything in the perfume area". Me and my boyfriend confused in the middle of our our transaction before we even payed or even finished scanning out items. We finished checking out or items and I needed to use the bathroom to clean myself up and change out of my beach clothing and he went to Starbucks. He was followed by the security guard and while I was using the bathroom and employee was in the bathroom with me and peeked in the stall while I was changing. While I counted to use the bathroom she had the audacity to say, "come out of there, don't make this harder for yourself, stop playing in there" Over the walkie I can hear her and other employees discussing our every move up until we left. Me and my boyfriend ended up calling the store talking to the manager who was no help, along with the security office she transferred us to. They gave us out the female employees name (Erika) and didn't give us any other information on the employees because they "don't have to". Corporate couldn't do much because the store didn't provide the information needed. Store experience was horrible. Would never return to this store location. Recommend you don't return to this store location unless you want to be accused of stealing and followed and watch in the bathroom.

They have about everything I need. The store is kept organized. Pharmacy department & Starbucks has nice staff. What can be hit or miss is their drive-up service. I'll see other customers who came after me receiving their orders first and I'll still be waiting for mine. Other times certain single items get left out of my order. I called their customer service desk only for staff to ask me to come back later to get it. It was a single bottle of Apple juice. Understandably there are certain times to avoid Target like during rush hour or evenings. They also need more check-out lanes to be opened during the busier hours. There is usually a long line at both self check-out and regular check-out lanes. Their bathrooms are relatively clean but need some repairs. The stall doors need to be fix as the handicapped stall, for example, has a noticeably large gap that would allow anyone to peek inside the stall. It is best to avoid that particular one.

This is the second Target location I go to when I'm not visiting the one in uptown. I came here last Friday to purchase my son some dress socks for his JROTC ball; right away I was greeted with a friendly welcome by a male employee which is always a plus! It makes customers feel welcomed which is what we all love. When I checked out; the cashier was a woman and she was super cool. We talked about our kids doing military programs and it was nice because you rarely get to chat with an employee like that. I love the vibes here! I've been encountering a lot of negative and terrible attitudes from stores, restaurants, coffee shops in Chicago. It's nice to finally write an honest and positive review on YELP. Kudos to the Target team at the Peterson location.

The store is too hot like stuffy and no ventilation. Shopped over summer a few time and it's been literally blowing hot air in certain parts of store. When I went again to get few items in October it was cooler outside like in the 50s but in the store oh my its hot and no ventilation. Not sure what the problem is buy this makes me uncomfortable specially with people who come in shopping sick bring in their sick kids in store and then it's the lack of ventilation in store need better air circulation. Uncomfortable shopping experience. Way to get customers and workers sick when there's inadequate air circulation just hot stale air that doesn't even get sanitized with an appropriate air sanitizing spray. Like seriously target a large billionaires corporation can't even turn on appropriate air-condition over summer and in cooler months it's too hot when ots not even needed I mean come on people wearing sweaters and workers dressed up not needing heat. The toilets were also nasty like nobody cleaning toilet paper on the floor. There were no sanitizing wipes to wipe my cart. Then on my other visit I see people bringing in pet dogs which are not allowed and a health code violation. Will not be buying my groceries from here because of that. Not just that but on my last several visits I see entire pallets of food out on the floor being stocked by workers and carts laying around with stock left for several hour out of temperature. I purposely surveyed the store spent several hours just to see and they just leave whole thing out and carts laying around with cold food out in the hot air. I do not trust the safety of the yogurt being out for too long. I am no longer going to shop here just because of these issues. Take the dogs out of your store stop being so attached to your customers and obey the law. Your not above the law just because your a large Corp. Same with food guidelines stop leaving perishables out in the warm for hours on out

Men's bathroom was a disaster and only had 2 functioning toilets. Urinals out of commissions. Filth everywhere. Customer service which used to be a plus in now non-existent. Sadly what was once a fun trip to Target is no more.

This target has barely anything unfortunately and the customer service was subpar. Also, don't park your car there. I parked my Tesla, went inside target for a few minutes, walked back outside and decided to walk literally steps away to a small shop next door just to check if they were open and was gone MAYBE 10 minutes TOPS. When I came back, there was a lock key guy and a tow truck ready to tow my Tesla LOL. Luckily they couldn't get it open and teslas have a theft mode where all tires lock and the car won't move. The lock key guy said I was lucky I went back before the tow truck had started "trying" to tow my car. The guy also said they keep a tow truck on the property at all times for this specific reason and then charge $450-$600 to get your car back. It's a money grab for this specific location. I understand if I had left the car there for a few hours or even an hour. But 10 minutes??? Seriously?

My go-to Target for nearly 15 years. This was the first two-story target I ever saw, actually! It's also the first place I ever saw a cart elevator or escalator. Hi, younger, more easily impressed me! The store itself isn't two stories, but the parking is underneath and surrounding the store. Enter and head upstairs to find the store on one level. They have a lot of Drive Up pickup spaces--somewhere in the neighborhood of 20.

What is good @ this Target is CVS store very friendly staff and fast . Target doesn't understand the need of customers and everything is too expensive that's why most people shop at other stores . I am giving my 5 stars to CVS inside thus Target

I have been there because they stock ,more items than the one near my house. well stocked liquor and food areas and surprising. Love under gound parking, needs better lighting but appreciated escalator and elevator to main floor. Well laid out but very big and I needed a store department map somewhere. Target is pricey but you expect it due to a lot of staff, well stocked areas, great cosmetics area with all the brand names. Great experience overall.

So I ordered a pair of Gen 3 Apple AirPods. I go to the store to pick them up and I had to wait the longest for them to bring me the AirPods. After that when I finally open them up turns out I got a bad batch. I go back to target to exchange them or get a refund the rude woman at customer service told me that there was nothing she could do about it. Now I'm sitting here out of $200 and a pair of AirPods. Thanks Target!

I shop at this Target all the time. I never needed any special assistance while shopping here. On Black Friday I bough a TV, which was broken when I opened the box at home. When I went back they were all sold out. I spoke with Chris and he was able to get me another TV for the same price. Chris was so nice he even helped me get the TV down stairs. Chris provided me with excellent customers service. I couldn't thank him enough. I think Chris was one of the supervisors. I wish him to get even higher within the company as he demonstrated excellent peoples skills. Thank you Chris.

While visiting the Ulta shop for the first time my experience was very unpleasant. The associate Josh working in the shop has terrible customer service and is unprofessional. While shopping he followed me and watched me without even asking if I needed assistance instead I felt as if I was a thief . When walking to the other cosmetic section across from ulta shop with my products a travel size spray and lipstick he attempted to enforce a policy that was not enforced to other shoppers leaving the area one who happened to be my sister with more expensive merchandise. I decided not to purchase the items from the ulta shop and instead find similar products across the other shop. I felt targeted and singled out. The unconscious bias training should be implemented at this location if not already. Profiling people who genuinely want to shop and just overall want to have a good customer experience especially with a big partnership like Ulta it is disappointing that the worker Josh was more worried about watching every move I was making instead of asking me if I needed any assistance. I hope the workers staffed in that area are better trained to provide better customer service if such policies are going to be implemented.

Overall this Target location is head and shoulders above your general merchandise retailer. They don't welcome you all the time but for the most part, this is one of the better Targets in the Chicago area to visit.
