I went in today to try to buy some AirPods Pro 2nd generation and I wanted to see if they would price match the price to the one on Walmart I go to the electronics section and look for the aisle F23 and didn't see anything (if I'm not mistaken they were in the back) I approach a women named Sam and say excuse me and she immediately gave me attitude I forgot what she responded after that I asked her do you have these showing her on my phone the AirPods Pro 2nd generation and again gave me attitude and said those aren't beats those are AirPods I responded and said I didn't say beats I said these she said what again with attitude I repeated I didn't say beats I said these she said sorry I don't understand why she was responding with a lot of attitude especially since I even said excuse me

I went in there on 12/21 late at night around 10:30 pm to purchase an emergency contraceptive. Targets are now open till midnight so I'm assuming the long line for checkout was due to people not realizing that it closes later. I was in there for just the one thing hence the "emergency" so I went over to the service desk, i didn't want to hold the line up anymore than it already was and asked a female team member (did not get her name) if she could honor the price match to Walmart on my phone which was for $24.78. Mind you I grabbed the off brand version, the original price for target is $39.99. She continued to grab her device which is called a zebra (I am also a target team member) so I'm assuming she's pulling out her price match app for Walmart. Her zebra was apparently not working so she calls another target employee named Kevin over the walkie (at this point I only knew his name, not his position) to ask him to bring over his zebra. He goes and he hands it to her and she does the same process pulls up the price match app on the target device clicks Walmart and tells me "it's not pulling up on my zebra, unfortunately, I cannot price match an item unless it pulls up on my device. 1) that's false, for some reason it only fails to pull up an item when you choose Walmart as the competitor to price match against and that's for any item that you try to scan. Again, not just for the item that I was trying to purchase, it doesn't work regardless 2) they're able to price match anything under $20 dollars without concern over the price so with that being said I told her "I work for target too. I'm a supervisor for the service desk at my target so I know that's a lie." She then ask me "do you want me to call my team lead?" and without letting me answer, she goes ahead and calls over Kevin guy. So at this point I'm aware that he's apparently the "team lead" but I'm baffled at that point because I didn't see the big deal especially because the price match was only a difference of approx. 15 dollars. Not only that but she saw the item and as a female I figured she'd sense why I specifically went up to her to ask her to price match my item and check me out if possible. It can be intimidating when buying emergency contraceptives considering they have them in a security box so I and as for many like to check out with female workers so we don't feel embarrassed or intimidated by a male worker having to do it so when she calls over Kevin he seemed very dry/not really caring about the situation and I continue to repeat myself that I know that's not true so I show him a screenshot of my phone with the price match pulled up from Walmart. Target employees have to see physically see the website and not a screenshot so I understood where he was coming from but I walked in with 2% on my phone and told the first female employee that my phone was about to die which is why I took the screenshot and Kevin tells me to pull it up and as I'm trying to show him that it's not a lie or scam on my side, my phone dies. So I walk away and say nvm forget it. At that point I was already extremely frustrated because in the time it took for them to try and price match it, they could have done it and I could of been on my way considering the freaking time. So I go and get in line for self checkout and another female team member comes along and announces that she's about to open another register so I step over and I ask her "do you have to see the price match on your zebra in order to honor it?" Then she says "no" so I told her "okay I have it right here but my phone might shut off again, can you take a look at it?". She then says "let me do it real quick, before it dies" checks me out and I went home. Ridiculous how long it took me just to get the item priced matched when I walked in for one thing and one thing only. I'm unaware if Kevin really was the team lead because

Security stood over me while I used self check out but didn't stand and watch any other person. He stood angrily in front of me and once he realized I was scanning all of my items he left. I am not the typical demographic in this area and I felt singled out and targeted. It definitely felt discriminatory and slightly racist. I will not be returning because it seems as if I was not welcome anyway.

manager at Starbucks is completely condescending towards the younger staff. i just wanted to order a regular latte and find myself getting stressed because of the environment. definitely not coming here again and god bless those employees. she ended up making my drink and I'll tell you it wasn't even good.

I give target a 5 stars because they have amazing workers there they all are very nice I haven't had to deal with a mean one yet. Also l like targets lighting

Staff is somewhat friendly. Once someone charged me $29 for a gift card that was $25. I regret not getting them fired.

Don't ever go to this Target store. This store has rude employess and unnecessarily long lines. They won't even open up a register. The employees will stand around and gossip. Target, you should be ashamed of yourself. Throw away all the employees including the manager that takes zero complaints seriously. I'm standing in the store now and there's easily 40 people in line with 3 self check out lines and TWO open registers. Makes me beyond PISSED off to see this type of treatment in this Latino middle class community. Also did I mention how gross and disorganized this store is???

Went into the store today. They charged my $39.99 for a box of Huggies. As soon as I got in the car, I looked up the price. In the rain, I went back to get my money back. They tried to tell me that the online prices for diapers were different than those at the store. When the person at the register finally confirmed the mistake, no apology took place. If I had gone to a store closer downtown, I guarantee you that even a discount would have been given because they do not play around with their caucasian customers. Target your customer service sucks!

Veggies and fruit are always fresh and the place is always clean! My favorite target since it closes an hour later than the other targets It now accepts Apple Pay in the electronics sections perhaps in the cashiers?

Target is always a trip I look forward to because I end up spending more than I should on awesome things I find. I love target but I detest this specific location. The customer service is the worst ! I've never been to a target where people are so rude and stuck up. Idk what there problem is but thank god this isn't my usual target it just happen to be on the way. The location in Bedford Park is way better with employees that actually greet you.
