This Target has one of the best-stocked selections in the city. I always find what Im looking for, or the customer service (*friendly and professional) will gladly order it for me. This store is brightly lit, airy, clean, and accessible; with a nice and organized layout. For long shopping trips, it includes an adjacent Starbucks, with a spacious parking garage located on the ground level.

Was pressed for time so ordered online for pick-up. By the time I arrived a few hours later, one of the items ordered was out-of-stock. Had to search the store for a substitute. And when I returned to customer service, no one was staffing the desk.
In the end, what should have been a 10-minute stop took over 30 minutes. Next time will just order from Amazon.

Had to stop by Target to grab a couple of household items. I was having trouble finding what I was looking for and noticed I couldn’t find an employee anywhere. After I finally found the item I originally came in Target for, I started heading towards the checkout and noticed there was only (((1))) (((ONE))) checkout line open. Let’s not talk about the long lines in the parking lot for EV recharging!! It was definitely a brutal sight to see how congested it was and how long folk had to wait.

Was at this Target today for a canned coffee item that was sold out everywhere but still in stock here. I wasn't able to find it on the floor so I went to the customer service desk. Delilah was super helpful and took me to every fridge in the store until we were able to locate the item. She was so sweet and genuinely wanted to help me find what I was looking for. Honestly, my best customer service experience at Target ever. Thank you!

This store needs people who wants to help people and answer their phone. Needs to train how to improve their costumer service skills. Never answer the phone or a swer and rhen hangup.

Huge target with everything you need.
Staff leaves something to be desired, but not much you can do about that.

My son and I, have encountered several situations of racial profiling at this location, even by the front store manager. I've addressed this with another manager Bri, who totally dismissed my experience. I have spoken to corporate who will expedite this to district management. Hopefully this sheds some light, but there's a possibility where it will not, which is sad. Please know, I will keep calling and even writing Target corporate until something is done.

I had an amazing experience at Target thanks to an employee named Lark. He truly went above and beyond to help me find an item I was looking for. While others might have just said, "If it's not on the shelf, it's not there," Lark took the extra step to search for it and made sure I got what I needed. His dedication and customer service were outstanding. Thank you, Lark, for your exceptional help!
