Had the weirdest experience with a pick up order… I waited in line like everyone else and specifically waited for the front desk since it was a pick up order. Finally it opens so I walk up and she stops me and tells me to go wait in line, I told her I had and confirmed which line she was talking about too and she goes “fine”. Whatever, I have her scan my barcode and she goes and grabs it, as I’m loading it into my cart she just causally took two items out of my cart and walked away. Went up to the desk again and didn’t get her but her coworker next to her working the desk as well and asked for it back and offered to show my proof of purchase also asked her why she would’ve just taken it out of my cart, an item I paid for with no explanation, the girl shrugged and the girl who took it said nothing though she absolutely heard me. Don’t know what stick she had up her ass, I can handle bad attitude but not the blatant stealing of items I paid for with now explanation. Hope target looks into this and addresses this with her.

Customer service is horrible they NEVER pick up their phone, I needed help finding grocery items nobody was walking around in store until I go to self checkout there's about 3 employees over there conversating with eachother unbelievable smh

Medication that has an expiration date in June has been sitting on their shelves for two weeks. I ordered it online and paid for delivery just to return a day later - the cashier told me “oh no, we wouldn’t want you taking that”.
I told them that the whole stock they had in the aisle was expired. Two weeks I come in to buy it again they still didn’t take it off the shelves.

I’ve got to agree with the other reviews. They refused to honor the Target return policy, stating it had recently changed - so recently they haven’t even had time to update the website.
Accurate policies at purchase would feel more ethical.

I arrived to the store at exactly 10 PM as the doors were being closed. And brian was so nice and understanding to let me run in the store fast and pick up my online order. You dont come by good workers like that often.

Great First Time Experience!!! Like this location - well I can now update this review in 2024 to do not go to this store. They racially profile customers and management is rude. There you have it.

Security went out of their way to ask me not to allow my son to ride on the end of our shopping cart. I know it's generally not recommended, but it seemed a little strange and over the top for security to approach me over it. I did not feel comfortable shopping there afterward.

Quite literally the rudest target employees I’ve witnessed in my life, stopped in for a water 10 minutes to closing, was followed the entire time with my sister & told 6 times I needed to leave in the next 5 minutes (I knew, which is why I ran in for water). My sister and I called a Uber and were waiting by the door to get picked up, the DePaul grunge-esq employee with bangs started a 60 second count down while guests were STILL shopping and checking out inside. She stood with her hand against the door pointing out every car that passed asking if it was ours and if we could leave. Distasteful, rude, had no concern for safety leaving Lincoln park at night for two girls alone all because she was ready to clock out , the second we passed the door frame she slammed it as hard as she could.
