Target stopped selling my son’s special-ed shoes after they cut their “DEI” products, so I will never give them another dollar. After two weeks of intense backlash, they started selling them again, but they showed their true colors already.

Manager, Edgar, should her recognized and get a bump raise. He’s the most efficient manager and staff in general at this location. Everybody else takes so long to solve simple things, meanwhile he figures things out and finds solutions fast. His customer service and managerial skills is actually above this place. There was also another lead manager in the back who was a hispanic woman with long hair i believe, unfortunately i forgot her name. She was also very helpful.

Cashier on her phone, texting… not paying attention. This is not the first time that’s it’s happened here. I’ve worked retail, when is it okay to stay on your phone while ringing people up? Or be on your phone at all while being paid on the floor? Really unprofessional - what’s even more annoying is that she scanned the incorrect item that I wanted (I didn’t want one other thing), and I didn’t notice until it was paid for. Then I asked her to correct it and she had to tell me to then go to guest services to return what she rang up incorrectly and buy what I actually wanted. GET OFF YOUR PHONE SOFIA!

Cashier by the name Richard was the worst Customer Service I’ve had at this location, hence the review. Please hand the customer gift cards after purchase or let them know where you put them. It is so rude to say” look for them i have to help another customer”. I was able to get manager to help.

Clean store with friendly employees and if you find a lower price on Amazon, Walmart, or Target online they will match that price. Huge inventory as well.

They are not friendly pets, from the moment I entered until I left I had problems with my Yorkie, that if I had it in the stroller, I would have to put them down, then someone else arrived to put them in the stroller because they couldn't be on the floor and lastly another arrived Please put them in the cart, there I got upset and complained to him and a giant security guard approached me just because I had complained to the girl. I ignored it completely, since I was not doing anything wrong, I even have my dog's emotional support certificate.
