I was shopping in the evening I was looking for assistance around the store and no workers were around. As I was walking to the front to leave because I couldn’t find what I needed, very unsatisfied. I saw 5 boys up in the front by the check out register in uniform talking and laughing instead of helping customers. Target DO BETTER! This is the WORST customer experience ever.

Be weary of the yogurt especially but always check dates for the food. They often have outdated food because they do not rotate stock, they just put up what they have. This photo taken on December 5

Del in the make up/ulta department is incredibly helpful and kind - they know their stuff when it comes to make up and their service was top tier - I’ll definitely be back to shop at Ulta Target because Del was so helpful. I really can’t get over how great Del was!I wouldn’t leave a review if it weren’t for Del but I also like this target a lot. They have cute stuff and the employees are always friendly when I go in. A good target is a treat and this is a good target.

Was nervous to come shopping late at night the day before Thanksgiving..A lot of stuff that I needed was out of stock..Which is to be expected but my checkout was fast which was great!I spent mote time debating which shampoo/body wash to grab instead of waiting in line which is usually the opposite.

This location has 20 cash registers and only staffs one of them. There are four self checkouts. Waits are very long for all checkouts despite store staff circulating and stocking shelves. Really could improve the customer experience if they open up more cash registers. Literally one out of twenty?? And no overhead paging like “I see three” to pull over some helpers during peak hours.Furthermore, there is no discount if the self checkout is used.Be better.

Online it showed that this target had hearing aid batteries. After searching the whole pharmacy area plus various battery kiosks and asking two employees in pharmacy area and the person at front desk, no one had a clue and no interest in helping. But if I wanted to order for pickup I could wait two hours for them.

I love shopping at the Target location. Sometimes, I drive out of my way just to go to this one on Peterson. The staff are always very helpful and professional. You can buy a lot of different kinds of things here, since it is a big box type store. There is handicapped parking by the front door and a huge parking lot for everyone else. There is an escalator and two elevators available to go up and down from the store, which is above the free first-floor parking garage. The store itself is all laid out on one floor as well. There are always plenty of fully charged drivable carts for customers with mobility issues as well. Self checkout is available and fast as well. An employee is always available at the checkouts to help.

THE GUY NAME JUNIOR! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! HE HAD HIS PALLET IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR SO YOU COULD NOT GO BUY! HE SMELL LIKE ALCOHOL AND TALK LIKE HE WAS DRUNK! I ASK HIM A SIMPLE QUESTION AND HE GIVES ME A ATTITUDE! I TOLD HIM HOW BAD HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS! HE SAID HE DID NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORK THERE WAS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL! EXCEPT THIS GUY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother calling the store because they won't answer. Well, maybe if you persist for and hour or so and try to get through to every department someone might eventually pick up. Definitely not Guest Services. But don't expect them to be chill about it. This goes for all Chicago locations. Date September 12, 2023. Time 8:45 pm.

I love this target i shop here quite often.Usually the staff is really nice. Today was a not so good experience Marisol lacks Customer service skills and Other attributes to contribute to this company, She has no personality. There was not a greeting upon meeting with her. And yet my question was still unanswered. The store receives five stars because they're worth it

I ordered online for a 2 hour pick up (found my items easily; they were available.... YIPPEE!! ) Then I was notified on my phone and email.I proceeded to the store, found parking immediately, and went up the stairs to the order pick up counter. I waited til I found Melina.She took care of me promptly; even apologized for the wait, which was like 2 minutes. No big deal.She got my order and I thanked her so much!What a wonderful experience!!

Adrienne is the best Target employee and maybe all around human in this neighborhood. If you need a new feminist icon, go to her line. She has blue hair at the moment and after checking out with her, you will have a renewed sense of confidence and power.

Waited almost a half hour for assistance from Francisco in electronics department. Had to pretty much chase another floor employee down that was powerwalking away from me to have them page him. Employees go out of their way NOT to assist anybody here, I swear. I come here almost everyday. Front check out employees are the only ones engaging with customers and doing their job.
