I was here a couple of weeks ago, and I had about 14 items in my cart. The lines for the regular cashiers were super long, so I went over to self check out only to get yelled at because I had more than 12 items in my cart. The line was super short, and no one was waiting, so I wasn't that pressed about it, but apparently, the worker was. So I ended up having to wait 45 muns to be checked out by a cashier instead of just getting it done and leaving right away. I don't frequent this location very much, but I am there at least once a month and have never seen this change before. I also frequent other targets as well and don't have that problem anywhere else of having too many items for self checkout.

I’ve been to this location several times in the last month since it’s the closet location to me. The toy aisle is a complete mess. The lack of attention the toy aisle gets is ridiculous. Rest of the store is pretty clean. Every end cap by the toys is just stacked with random items not in the proper spot. They have carts full of mixed toys filling the aisles. No employees working in the area. All up front hanging out talking

The girls working the drive up service today were rude. I selected to put the order on the passenger side of the car and the one girl gave me an ugly nasty look when I told her the door was already unlocked. She opened the door, threw the stuff in my front seat without saying anything and then just walked away.

Never had an issue at this target till tonight. My friend used there fitting room and no one informed us that the door will lock or to not close the door all the way. So told ONE target employee to have someone come open the door. 10 mins go by, I go up to the SECOND target employee tell him that my friend locker herself out of the fitting room, if someone can come open it for her…… 30 mins go by… since it wasn’t convenient for them to help us out they will wait till they have the time too. They honestly would have made us wait till closing before even helping us. Even another family stopped their shopping to help us try to open the door till they went to go tell the THRID target employee. We left that target at 9:30… 30 mins till closing. Lucky to say, my friend didn’t buy the clothes that she was originally gonna buy.

If they had a zero rate. That's what I would rate this Target store. Everytime I come here for instacart orders it's like this. For my personal shopping I always go to a different location. They need to get more cashiers or self check out registers. It takes you an hour or more to check out. Hate this store.

Pick up at the store always takes more than ten minutes each time not to mention the long lines and one staff member working. If it's ready then you should not go in the back of the store to retrieve it every time.

Worst target. The fitting rooms are always closed and locked with no one to let you in. The hosiery and shoe departments look like a war zone. The front desk doesn’t answer the phone.

Stay away from this location..
Michelle (manager) has very bad Customer service and attitude problem to walk away from a customer is rude. Then I ask for the store manager which name is Debbie was not to much better but after me Stating target policy and calling guest relations I was able to return my items. Customer shouldn't be treated with such bad service.
