Great place to get your car fixed?? They helped me twice in less than a week because rats chewed up some cables in my engine and I had to get my emissions test done? He recommended I spray eucalyptus on the engine and it seems to be working so far!

Hello, I came in to get two of my fuel pumps replaced as my car wasn’t running great. Lorenzo was the one working on my car and he did a great job! I would definitely recommend anyone bringing their car here if they’re having any problems. Frank (the owner) and his team were great. Very good service. Teloloapan is run by honest people who want to help you. I went in for a wheel alignment, but they found that that wasn’t the issue. Didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. I will definitely be back in the future.

I’ve been going to this shop for about 3 years already ,only shop I trust to work on my cars. They are clean and very polite & they know what they are doing. Recently went there to get exhaust leak fixed and they took me in right away and had it ready in no time with some good welds. They do everything from exhaust to break to oil changed etc I would 100% recommend this shop to anybody looking to do exhaust or mechanical work

Gave them a call and explained the situation with my car. They told me to bring it over. I had it towed over, and they told me the equipment to work on it wouldn't be in for a other week, so they wouldn't take the car.They told me I should have called before bringing it in (which I did) while the guy I had talked to on the phone stood sheepishly in the back of the room.I spent $200 towing my car there and back because these guys wouldn't own up to telling me to bring it in, and refused to keep my car there while their equipment came back from being repaired.

They are the most expensive place there is in Chicago they tried to charge me over 600 dollars for a catalic converter and tried to add more because I needed some kind of flex pipe and he didn’t found out until he installed the part and when I refused he cut it off and told me to go somewhere else..So I did go somewhere else and they charged me 350 for the exact work with the flex pipe so thank you Teloloapan for saving me money..I recommend everybody to go to Madison Discount mufflersService: Auto exhaust system replacement

I cannot sing their praises enough… the problem I was having has been recurrent. Most recently I was at the dealer and prior to that and another nationally known repair place, and neither of them shared the critical information that they did today. Apparently there’s a recall that effect the anti-braking system, which is exactly why I continue to have this recurring problem. They diagnosed the problem promptly and didn’t charge me because they said that the dealer can do the work since it’s a recall at no charge. Doesn’t get any better than that! They are extremely competent and honest. I would not hesitate to bring your cars here!!Service: Brakes

The owner Mr. Francisco really cares about his customers and stands behind his work. The mechanics Lorenzo, Chris and German provide excellent service. Renee works the front desk He has a very calming sprit. He listens to the customer and put them at ease My auto couldn't pass the emmission test and Mr. Francisco gave very fair pricing . My atuo passed the very time after the repairs. My atuo also had a fuel line leak for the second time and no worries because they stand stand behind there work.
