My husband and I went to shop for pillows today. We both have very different preferences. Don walked us through the various options and was very helpful in our decision making process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His guidance led us towards two that we are very excited to take home and try. This is our first tempur-pedic purchase and we will likely return mostly for the great customer service Don provides.

Fantastic experience at the Tempur-Pedic store! Don Simpson was amazing—so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable while helping my partner and me find the perfect pillow. My partner has been dealing with neck pain, and Don took the time to clearly explain all of our options without any pressure at all. He was incredibly easy to talk to and genuinely made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend him more!

I came in because I’ve been having neck pain and I just had such a lovely experience with Don. He was very patient and helpful with selecting my new pillow. We actually went through each pillow at least twice to make sure it felt right. Thanks to his patience, he found me the perfect one.

Love our mattress. Sales team wasn’t pushy and they gave us adequate time to come back a couples times to make our choice, remember our names and our preferences. We had the sheets for about 6 years before they broke down and we loved them so much we came back for more!
Came back a year later for pillows and same great experience. Toni helped us out this time and made sure we were walking away with the best pillow for both me and my husband. It’s really refreshing to see such great customer service.

If you’re contemplating a Tempur-Pedic and you’re in the Chicagoland area, I highly recommend visiting the lovely people at this store. I’d ordered a LuxeBreeze Medium Hybrid from a different vendor but it was too firm, that vendor didn’t have any other models to test, and I needed to figure out which model to exchange it for. I was up front about my agenda when I walked in, and even knowing they wouldn’t be making a sale or commission on me, Don Simpson insisted on helping me through the process. He gave me great personal and professional insights and I believe has been in the industry his entire career, so his experience and knowledge are invaluable given the importance of a great mattress (and the price of mattresses). His colleagues were equally great- super friendly, lots of their own honest insights, and it made me sad I didn’t just start with this store in the first place. I’m actually going back bc I really liked one of the pillows and I’m determined to give them SOME form of business because they really did/do earn it!

I came in looking for some pillows that I had previously seen at Mattress Firm, hoping to get a better deal. Not only did I find some of the best pillows I have ever purchased, but had a great shopping experience with Tony! He warmly greeted my mother and I as we entered, provided great personal recommendations, and ultimately gave us one of the best deals through Tempurpedics BOGO sale because of Black Friday! I have been overall sleeping so much better since this purchase, and because of it even convinced my mom to buy a seat and back cushion for her chair! Great products, great service, great employee, and great experience! Thanks again Tony!
