This class does everything it says it does-gives you lean and long muscles. I have tried all kinds of different kinds of exercises from weight lifting to every type of workout class and Bar Method gives me the best results by far.
This studio has great teachers who are all Super friendly.

Nothing changes my body as quickly as The Bar Method! I took a forced break for nearly two years, but after being back just 3 months I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a while. I love the classes, the instructors, and the community!

I’ve been going to Bar Method Gold Coast since October and I have to say that the instructor's are wonderful . They are helpful, encouraging and always positive- no matter if you are a beginner or experienced. Location is great and studio is clean and spacious.

The Bar Method Gold Coast is the only gym you need for a safe, full body work out, with a variety of formats to keep you challenged and seeing results. The top notch instructors, beautiful studio, and welcoming community make this a gym you want to keep coming back to. It’s the best way to start my day, both mentally and physically!

I’ve been going to The Bar Method for over a year now and it’s by far my favorite barre studio and format I’ve ever tried! The focus on form has really increased my mind-body connection and really made me feel like I understand what each exercise/move is doing.

The best workout for supporting a strong lifestyle - with so many bonuses involved! I’ve been practicing with The Bar Method for 10 years and counting. I adore the hands-on teaching and fresh routines, which somehow always offer a challenge even if you take them daily. Above it all, the community is what makes the difference; the team and fellow clients at the Gold Coast location have become another set of support and friendship in my life. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend taking a Bar Method class. I’ve taken class at multiple bar studios over the years and nothing compares to Bar Method. They really care about form and while you don’t have a personal trainer it feels like you have one.

I was one of the first students of Bar Method Lakview when they first opened after a long hiatus, no longer dancing ballet and 1 bad ski knee injury I decided to return. Going on my second year now at the Gold Coast location it has been by far the best workout and strength building class I have ever had. My core strength is so much stronger and the muscles protecting my knee are rock solid. I am also obsessed with the new bar cardio and the 15 minute restore is a must class for me every Sunday. It is a workout and mindful therapy all rolled into one.

The classes are challenging for the most advanced clients but also accessible and welcoming to new clients. Even after doing Bar Method for over a decade, it still becomes more difficult and I get better results as time goes on. Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and it feels like family!

I’ve never been into fitness and I’ve found it increasingly difficult to stick with a workout routine… until I came to this studio! I’ve been coming faithfully about 3-4 times a week since I started (honestly, I averaged 2 times a week early on). I celebrated my first anniversary on New Year’s Day and look forward to many more!! Emily and the other instructors are truly wonderful and I love it when they correct my form ?. It’s been so lovely connecting with all the familiar faces in class. There’s a great sense of community here ❤️.
