Great experience!! One of the better cat cafes I’ve visited. $20 ticket per person for one hour, waiver signature required. Staff is very knowledgeable and caring, was told about 15 cats get adopted each week. You get a complimentary beverage of choice (you must take it when you enter, not when you leave).
Many of the cats during my visit were very young kittens. Super cute — some were playful, some wanted to sleep, and some were very cuddly (they want to sit in your lap).
There are arcade games, but I didn’t see anyone play them. Honestly, if a cat chooses your lap to sit in, it’s hard to move after that! Overall, fun experience and supports a good cause!!

it is not a cafe like stated in the name and you need to make a reservation days in advance. other than that it was funny to play arcade games and see the cats and support a good cause.

Great place that really loves what they do! The adoption process was smooth and we were able to go home with our new baby in just a few days. Everyone there is so helpful and passionate about the work they do 🐈⬛🫶

Catcade is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owners Shelly and Chris is very nice. The catcafe is in good conditionLove the cats. Must come back. 10/10.

I found this place randomly because I was eating at Momo nearby - the cats are SOOOOO cute and social!! So many of them love to cuddle and play. So worth it!

Such a cute little place, a must visit for cat lovers!
The staff were very caring for their kitties and always concerned for their well being. The kitties were also quite friendly and so adorable!
It was $20 per person for an hour plus some arcades included in the area. They also have cool merch that go towards the kitties! I got a shirt and stickers.
The staff always keeps the lounge area clean and love to snuggle their fur babies!

I love this place. The employees were kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my million questions. It’s clear how much they care about the cats they’re saving, and the cats themselves clearly feel at ease there. The whole place is such a wonderfully executed, smart idea. I once forgot something there and an employee ran after me to return it to me. I am always just thrilled to hang out here.

I went to the Catcade with my partner and best friend almost a week after my best furry friend passed away. I was not intending to fall in love with any other cat after she passed, but boy howdy was I wrong. The amount of love and care the staff showed for all of the cats really helped me feel comfortable. I knew I met my forever cats that day, and asked staff about the adoption process. It is NOT same day adoption and it is not first come and first serve! They make sure the kitties go home to the best family and I’m so glad they did! A week later and I came home with my new cat babies. Thank you so much to the staff at the Catcade and to Christine for making the process so easy!

The cats and kittens were so open to pets from so many people. My son enjoyed it and so did I! All of the cats looked healthy and well attended to.

Lovely space, plenty of seating if you can find a cat that's willing to share. We arrived to a bunch of sleepyheads only to have them activate and climb all over the arcade machine when you start clicking buttons. They are great gamers and will for sure help you beat Double Dragon

I loooooveeee Catcade 🫶🏻🫶🏻 the babies are so cute and well taken care of, they sleep and play so innocently you just know they feel safe. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. 10/10 no notes

The staff is friendly and outgoing. I wish I lived in Chicago and could visit more often. Absolutely worth the visit!!
