My experience mirrored everyone else's. The coffee is good (though my capp was steamed too foamy), but I was hoping for a mug and not a paper cup.

We walked a long way to get a good coffee but were absolutely disappointed in the service and stupid rules. They would not serve espresso in a cup or glass unless it was on the restaurant side as opposed to the coffee shop side. This is not shown in any of the pictures. The restaurant was empty but apparently booked out for a function. The excuse was “my manager won’t let me.” I think an occasional bending of the rules for common sense would help. Terrible service terribly stupid rules.

I was given regular espresso when I requested decaf. I know it was probably a mistake but I feel horrible, my body can’t do caffiene. There weren’t many people there, I would understand more if it was busy but it’s important to pay attention!

Cortado ? a nice specialty coffee. Staff member was very nice. A shame you can only get takeaway cups from the cafe - though we’ve found this in a lot of places in the US - the coffee deserves better than a paper cup!

Great food, beautiful setting and we loved Ian, our server. He was great and so attentive and made our night awesome. The food came out a little slower than anticipated but overall was great!

Very good coffee. The staff was very friendly. The cafe is located downstairs but they also have both indoor and outdoor seating facing the green space behind the museum.

Good coffee. Free Wi-Fi from the museum. Not crowded. Most pastries on the menu were not available.

The atmosphere and noise level were very good (although most of the tables were empty), and the food was reasonably good. The service, however, seemed rather scattered and perhaps insufficiently trained.

Exceptional experience! Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Servers friendly and attentive to customer needs. Definitely recommend for casual dining.
