This is the third time I've used Galaxy's services, and they never disappoint! I have had them clean both upholstery and carpet, and they've done a wonderful job. Jeff is friendly and thorough, giving the best for his customers. I highly recommend their services.

This was first time using Galaxy's Finest. I had upholstery and carpets cleaned. Matt was prompt, efficient, thorough, and easy to communicate with. All the rugs and furniture look great. No more stains and cat hair all gone. I will definitely be using Galaxy's Finest again.

We've hired Galaxy's Finest for the past 3 years to clean our carpets and upholstery, and we've been so happy with the results every time. Jeff and Matt have are always professional, thorough, timely, and efficient. We had 2 staircases, 6 rugs, and an upholstered chair & ottoman set cleaned within a couple hours.
Scheduling is easy, especially with our last appointment—Jeff called to do a 1-year follow up, which I greatly appreciated. Before leaving, he also gave us tips on preserving the lifespan of our rugs, and stressed that we should reach out if we have spills or stains to make sure we don't DIY with the wrong solution.
It's obvious these guys care about the work they do, and for that we'll continue to go to them for our carpet cleanings. Highly recommend!

We've been using Galaxy's Finest for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Matt and Jeff are true professionals who truly know their craft. Every time they clean our carpets; the results are fantastic. This year, we even had some challenging puppy stains, but they handled them with ease.
What sets them apart is their friendly and accommodating nature. They offer reasonable prices, and their customer service is exceptional. Whenever I have an accidental spill or stain, I can text Jeff directly. He promptly provides instructions on how to treat the issue, ensuring I don't damage my carpets or furniture.

Third time using Galaxy’s Finest and not sure about the entire galaxy, but definitely the best we have used in Chicago. Jeff is very thorough and a great guy as well. Cleaned some white chairs, sectional and two rugs and made them look new again.

Carpet cleaning is carpet cleaning, right ? WRONG! These guys are AMAZING. I was so impressed. Responsive. Professional. Clean. Friendly. Experts in their craft. We called Galaxy for help in cleaning our very light colored carpeting which had one week old stains from my leather slippers. Matt showed up on time. Assessed the situation. Told me his approach. Prepped the room and got to work. An hour later the stains were gone and room hasn’t looked this good in a long time. Do yourself a favor and hire Galaxy for your carpet cleaning needs. You’ll be glad you did.

I've been working with Jeff and The Galaxy's Finest for over 15 years. They've been there for us through 2 kids, 4 dogs, and a dropped case of wine. Making an appointment is easy, prices are reasonable, and I can expect them to be on time, every time.

I reached out via email for an estimate. I described size and dog spots in details and he responds for me to do the math myself which came out to $288.00 for a 12 X 12 rug. I don't think that was right so I responded back to make sure.--Whether he was being rude or not, the price is still ridiculous and him not giving me an estimate is just unprofessional.
