I’ve stayed here twice. This boutique hotel is amazing. Interiors are posh and well-appointed with beautiful furniture, fine linens and vintage touches. The bathrooms are lovely and spacious with spa-like amenities. The added touches of chocolates at you bedside, bottles of water and pastries in the common area and complimentary adult libations at the onsite speakeasy make this hotel truly special. At the banks of the Mississippi, nestled inside a memorial park and botanical garden, you cannot imagine a more idyllic escape! I’ll be back.

SATURDAY 10am-2pm. When it's cold or rainy-They will be inside. HOMEGROWN, HANDMADE GOODNESS! Support the entrepreneurs and small businesses!! I brought home FRESH HOMEGROWN tomatoes, peppers! I drank fresh made POMEGRANATE tea! I listened to a LIVE jazz band. I ate FRESH Carmel popped snacks! I picked up lots of community resources! I walked and talked with people of ALL ethnic groups as we taste tasted EVERYTHING LOL!

We hosted our opening seminar for ICCC at The Hatchery Chicago, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, their Program and Events Coordinator, Quintin, provided outstanding service. Leading up to the event, he was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly supportive, making the planning process seamless.
On the day of the event, Quintin went above and beyond—demonstrating flexibility, professionalism, and a true willingness to help with every detail. He is a fantastic representative of The Hatchery and left us thoroughly impressed with both the space and the service.
The venue itself was beautiful, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our seminar. Our team and attendees were equally impressed, and we are already looking forward to booking again for next year!

We hosted an event at The Hatchery with 70 people, focusing on food systems transformation in the Midwest. It was a perfect venue with great catering, and the Hatchery team was a dream to work with. We'll be back!

Sorghum Symphony started out at the Hatchery during the pandemic. The amazing team has held our hand at every step of our journey and continue to be our village. Besides the facility to make product, the Hatchery also provides classes, one-on-one coaching, networking and sampling opportunities, access to trade shows, recommendations to trade partners like packaging designers, lawyers, etc.
I definitely recommend the Hatchery to any food entrepreneur who is starting out!

I started my company at the Hatchery. We were there for 4 years and only recently moved out. Everything is brand new, their staff is honest, very nice, supportive and always try to help you solve the issues. I definitely recommend it for anyone who is starting their company.

I cannot imagine starting a food business without a place like The Hatchery. They provide an unbelievable number of resources that are key to starting a business: business classes, one-on-one coaching, networking and sampling opportunities, access to trade shows, as well as space to actually make your product. The manage to focus on both the food-specific business facets, while also covering the fundamental needs of an entrepreneur.

As a new entrepreneur launching a food business, The Hatchery has been an invaluable resource! I participated in a recent cohort of the Sprouts Incubator program and gained so much business, operational and marketing insight from their programming.
The Hatchery also provides wonderful opportunities to meet and network with other entrepreneurs. It's a wonderful journey and I couldn't recommend The Hatchery more!

My team and I had a planning day today and used one of the co-working spaces at The Hatchery. We were a team of six and were very comfortable and well accommodated! We pre-ordered from Elevated Subs and the owner was extremely kind, patient and him and his team had wonderful customer service...not to mention the food was very good! They have a little outdoor patio which we used to take a break and bask in the nice weather! Overall an amazing experience and highly recommend!

Attended a networking and e-commerce class here. The space was very open, with high ceilings in the main area. The class was also in a cool looking space. I believe the Hatchery focuses on assisting those in the food and beverage business. They do have a nice size parking lot in the back, but on the day of the event, it was full. So, plan on getting there early or using street parking.

The Hatchery Chicago serves as a strong foundation for launching your business while also benefiting both you as an entrepreneur and the community. One of the initiatives led by The Hatchery Chicago is Hatch-Made meals, a program supported by grants. This program has allowed partnerships with local food entrepreneurs as myself to offer chef-prepared meals to many within the community. Overall, it is an extremely rewarding feeling being able to collaborate ensuring meals are provided to others
and grateful for the Hatchery creating Hatch-Made Meals.
