Good rates! Great space!! Awesome staff!!! The people are very helpful and attentive. The building is actually climate controlled, unlike some places that falsely advertise that they are when they aren't. It's the perfect place to store all the equipment and materials for my small business! Five stars!!

Pretty happy I found this location. In particular, Tammy was able to help me during the whole process of signing the contract and honoring the 1 month free. The facility is pretty clean and well managed. So far, it has been great. Will see how it goes in the coming months.

The Lock Up is clean and secure. The layout, direct access to elevators from the loading dock, is great. The staff were very accommodating.

Great office staff, clean, carpeted and comfortable facility on a hot day. Users can pull their vehicles into the building and close the garage door. Got a break on the rental rate.

First impressions this place is super clean and the sales person was extremely efficient with the move in process. The only difficulty I encountered was the strict closing time of 9pm. Other storage places allow you 24 hour access or later access time for your move in day.

Pros: Clean; well lit; spacious; solid storage options; always have carts available; can usually pull car into the garage for loading/unloading;Cons: Pricey; RAISED prices on us significantly after a year; staff is sometimes really cool and nice, but sometimes rude or air-headed (this has caused problems for us); seem to always come at us with arbitrary fees for stuff; gets pretty cold in the winter (probably like 50s or even high 40s).Overall: More pros than cons, but I've had some really frustrating interactions with staff, and the price gouge was no fun.

Clean and spacious facility. Also, I like the fact that they have music piped through the entire place...making storage/moving less of a drag.They have great flatbed carts too!Lastly, I can't say enough about how helpful and nice Melody is at this facility! She helped me immensely and had the patience of a saint!

Good facilities and good price, but these people are ALWAYS trying to charge me for late fees that are their fault.In the most recent incident (of three), my debit card on file got flagged for fraud at the bank and I had to get a new one. The first email I got from them was 11 days after my payment had failed and one day after they had ALREADY charged me a late fee! I was like ok, if you can send me an email telling me you're charging a late fee, then you could have sent me an email informing me that my payment had failed and that you were *going* to charge me a late fee.That's super shady business. And when I called them about it, the lady serious fought me over it. She was like "oh you should be checking your bank app every day to make sure your payments are going through." I was like ma'am, are you actually telling me that this is my fault and that I should be CHECKING MY BANK ACCOUNT EVERY DAY TO MAKE SURE THE DOZENS OF AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS I HAVE SET UP EVERYWHERE GO THROUGH???NO, of course not. No good business on earth lets your account sit unpaid without telling you about it and then EMAILS to tell you about the late fee they just charged you. That's BS.

Storage is storage, but what makes the difference between good and bad is the people who operate it. Every person I’ve worked with her has gone above and beyond to be courteous and helpful, giving me all the information I need and sharing the pricing details freely. Melody, the property manager, has truly gone above and beyond with helping me upgrade my storage when I needed more space and offering to let me use the shop vac when I needed to re-deflate the vacuum bag holding my oversized bean bag. Getting it to fit in my car was a Herculean task, and she was so helpful in helping me get that done that I just had to share effusively here about her extra effort.
