I've never used a storage area before and this was very nice. I felt like my belongings were going to be safe, secure and kept clean with the humidity control. The people who answered the phone greeted me and signed me in were fantastic, really nice people and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location. Much better than their competitors by a long shot.

Rented a storage unit for a few months in 2024 - would recommend. Overall it was a smooth experience, facility felt secure and organized, belongings weren't damaged, several dollies for use, access was straightforward if I needed to retrieve something.

Staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful with setting up our lock up storage rental. Prices were good, storage facility is clean and secure. I like the fact that you can’t get in without an access code.

We are very pleased with both the storage unit and the excellent customer service at the Chicago Lincoln Park Clybourn location. Recently Marie helped in making a selection for a storage unit. Marie is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. That helped us greatly in the selection process. The facility is wonderful and the well designed unloading area makes the move-in process much easier. We are very happy customers and recommend this facility to others

I have rented a storage unit from this location twice now, and both times have been a great experience. The facility is modern with storage units of many different sizes, and has a spacious, climate-controlled parking garage so you have one less thing to worry about when accessing your storage unit. There have always been plenty of large carts available when I'm there (and they aren't the rickety, old ones you usually find at storage facilities). Dorothy and Michelle are very responsive and helpful. This time around, Dorothy proactively showed me different storage units that each had pros and cons vs. the rather small unit the computer automatically assigned me, and Michelle was extremely helpful with the process of renting their onsite truck (a great perk for getting your stuff to the storage unit!).
