Our business have done business with this company , and it has took a turn for the worst . We have made numerous attempts to contact their offices . This company continues to charge fees based on no actual proof but by making up postage fees on their own. This company has 5 months of mail of our business, that we have yet to obtain . We also have a record of them getting peoples mail and opening it ,and saying that they didn’t receive , even though we have given our senders , specific instructions to provide trackers in the mail , to see if we get the same response . We also have a subpoena going out to their offices from Cook County, on October 14, 2022 . The first of the year they literally went up on all their fees , forcing our offices to investigate further . The guy whoever he is answers the phone and is very disrespectful and short with my employees and myself as a CEO. The female is the owner , and our last conversation was nothing short of good. You have been warned, please make sure fees are in writing when you accept business with this company , as their website has only prices for their mailboxes , but don’t have prices for any mail forwarding , shipping fees etc. In this day and time , All fees should be posted for all services that is being offered especially when it comes to mail, either on the websites ,or in writing on a legal document other than a welcome letter .Response to Owner , we have yet to hear from your offices , we wanted to pay and you refused payment . At this time , we still don’t know where our mail is . It is October, and we don’t know where our past mail or current mail is , let’s address the actual facts and not focus on the adlibs. We have contacted the consumer affairs , so we can get our mail.

I've used this service for about a year now. It's so easy that any new mail gets loaded into my app. If I want it opened and scanned, they do it. If I want something forwarded, I just give the address where it needs to go. It's really a life safer.

The man who used to own this place, Paul, was fantastic. He would help in anyway he could and if you needed him to do something, he would always complete it by the next day. You always knew once you called and asked for something, it would be taken care of. Now, you need to ask, then wait a few days, then see if it's been done, then ask again, then check again, then listen to some invented problems or excuses as to why it couldn't be done. You feel bad even calling because the people there now are so inhospitable and you feel like your a pain. Whoever the new faceless owner is (they haven't even emailed us to say who they are to introduce themselves), they have clearly spent time upgrading the website and trying to offer more services (which will increase the income I am sure - perhaps that is the new main goal), but they have ignored the basics of customer service. Maybe lots of us long-timers will find it too much trouble to leave, but my advice if you're looking for a new place is to find a place with more personal service and an owner present who wants to make sure you get what you need.

I like their prices and the options they provide. However the guy who answers the phone is not personable or has any customer service etiquette. There was also a young woman there when I went in one time who is the same way. I don't understand why they dude is even allowed to answer the phone lol. He acts like he doesn't want to be at work every time. I don't even know if he's telling me the truth when I call because he sounds so careless. You can't even get or give a have a nice day, ask any additional questions or anything he hangs up so fast. He doesn't even say goodbye just click lol. I rather deal with the older woman. Hopefully her attitude doesn't change because I'll just pay more money and go somewhere else. I do miss the old owner. He was very nice and personable.

UPDATE PLEASE: A wonderful, upstanding, reliable, service since the early 1940's ... NOW, with the LATE principal, Paul Timothy Popeil, gone, a different entity lacking in the warmth and concern that Paul gave for most of his short life, just short of his 70th birthday...a shame that mail is now censored and not always passed along to the recipients...too bad...WE SINCELY MISS PAUL!... I paid a $10 postage deposit in 2017. Closed my account in 2020 and the postage deposit has never been returned. I've asked 3 times and each time I've been given the run around. I provided this company with a receipt showing I paid the postage deposit. I think the previous owner must've sold the company because he was an honest guy.

The amount due is $10 from a postage deposit. They won't return it. I've been trying for months now to get my money. I'll take them to small claims court. Then I'll donate my judgment (I have receipts, so I'm certain I'll win), plus $90 to a women's shelter. I don't need the $10, but it's the principle. Ridiculous.

Let me share the message they told me...so you know what kind of “business” they are:I said by email, “ I have a lot of packages. Can you put them in a bin for me?” and THEY said, “ Hi,The locks we ordered have not arrived yet. We cannot assume liability by placing items in locker without a lock.Warm regards,”In other words, don’t trust them with your stuff anymore. They don’t respect their customers. That is also a liability lawsuit..
