The North Hotel is a great place to live! It’s cozy, updated interior, and they fix any problems promptly for you. Management is on their job and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone considering it.

Walking distance to public trash can, close proximity to fire hydrant, USPS mail box, and ally. Friendly neighborhood rats, pigeons, and squirrels. Awesome art-deco sewer lids, fancy pot holes, and attractive, expensive parking meters. Also, hop, skip, and a dance to Sherwin Williams.

I’ve stayed at 3 flats. The first 2 were great, but nowadays its just rude people all around, last flats apartment I will be renting. First of all my Livly key stopped working out of no where. So, I followed the steps sent to unlock the door. Called five times, no answer. Finally got an answer the girl was barely talking and said she couldnt unlock it manually. So, a man who does maintenance had to come because both of THEIR systems weren’t working. When he comes he has an attitude and asked where is my fob. I said I use my Lively key, he says I came today but I won’t come again, talking to me like a child. Flung the door open and left. I felt bad he had to come but it had NOTHING to do with me. I was locked out for 2-3 hours because of THEIR faulty systems… I liked flats but obviously theres been a change in management or something. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Why push this phone key if it works and doesnt work. And then what is the point of sending out an email on how to get in when that doesnt work. smh Other than that I mean that apartment is nice and free nonpermit parking. But faulty broken systems, especially something as important as getting into the apartment is a no from me

The studio is really cute- the exposed brick is great, lots of light, nice layout. It's just cramped after a while. The kitchen is designed for people who don't cook and just get everything delivered and put it in the microwave. Elevator doors were frequently left open on other floors so I'd have to walk up to the top floor. The walls are pretty thin so you hear everyone all the time. The original price was fine, but the amount for month-to-month "market rate" was incredibly overpriced. I'm now in an apartment literally four times the size for only an extra $100. It's absolutely a fine apartment for one person who doesn't need much space but not for ~1,000 dollars.

I have lived at the North Hotel for 3 years. It is a very good building with a very good landlord, Flats. Pat Gentry is the property manager and he is a gentleman, he would always give me his full attention when we talk. They do a good job of maintaining the building.

I have loved my time spent here. The area is great, close enough to everything I need. Perfect amount of cozy space. Maintenance and management are attentive. Pat always takes care of any questions or concerns. Happy to call this my home.

I reserved a hotel from Booking.com. When I arrived to the room they had us waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. Apparently our room wasn't ready upon arrival. When we got to the room it was filthy. The floors weren't vacuumed. The shower was dirty with hair and shampoo foam still in the shower from the previous guests. The floor was dirty and the sheets were flipped on the other side from the previous guest. They refused to give me a refund when I came downstairs stating that I did not want to stay there. I'm completely out of 270 dollars that they refused to refund me. I do not recommend booking this hotel.
