Today I went to the pleasure chest and one of the employees her name is Brittany, she was very helpful. To one sales worker to another in this industry of work. I myself work in a sex shop.She was get helping finding the toy they didn't have. She helped me find something better and glader.? I really appreciate her help I really do. Thanks again Brittany.

The cashier was terriblely inefficient. Waited over 15 minutes to make a purchase with only 2 people in front of us. Didn't catch her name but she claimed to make purchases for the store. There were 4 people in line, she didn't care at all. Talked for 5 minutes without scanning an item. Scanned an item at a time, then gave a story for each. Left the register to solicit things the customer didn't ask for (we were all clearly just trying to pay and leave). Buy online, you will get your items quicker including delivery.

WOW!Every time I shop here I am always so happy I did. I stopped in today to find a new toy, but I had no idea which one to pick. Two associates helped me out and they both gave amazing, detailed advice about the products they offered and answered all of my questions. Not only that, they also gave me several recommendations, their specific qualities and uses, and even showed me stuff I never knew of! What really sold me on buying the more expensive toy was the display case that allows you to see how the toys work. This is super helpful since you can compare them side by side! In the end, I bought the FemmeFunn Ultra Rabbit Massager, Slip n Slide lubricant, and antibacterial wipes. All of which was well worth the price, although they had cheaper options that are just as amazing ❤️All-in-all, I cannot rave enough about this shop, and I will continue recommending them to my friends! Thank you, Pleasure Chest!!

Very clean store, definately returning. Staff was friendly but not pushy which is always good. Its hidden away in the surplus of stores on the wicker park strip on Milwaukee ave but a well run establishment for sure.

Love this place. Brittany was super helpful in walking us through all the different toys, weighing pros and cons, getting to know our preferences and helping us select the best options.
