This shop is trash. I was told a date to pick up a custom made shirt. I paid in advance. I came 2 days late to give more time. My shirt was forgot about. The fair skin guy who runs it was way too non-chalant for me. I did get my refund. It’s bad because I’m from this neighborhood, He’s probably not. Bad business period. Oh well, Peace be with him

On one hand, my order came out good but on the other hand the customer service here was terrible. It took them a month to complete my order and it still was not done on the day that I was told it would be finished. I had called multiple times about my order and never received a call back or email to keep me updated on any inconveniences or change of date in regards to my order. Although I am satisfied with the way my items came out I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

I gave this business the benefit of the doubt despite the other negative review. I wanted to support a local store and was happy to discover that I can submit my own custom design and pay for it online. The price was reasonable as well. I placed a rush pickup order last Thursday after consulting with the owner about the time frame via email since I wanted it in time for Father's Day. I called in today only to find out that my rush order was not going to be completed until next week even though I was previously told otherwise. The reason I was given was that the shop was backlogged with other orders and rush orders can't be given priority. I thought that was the whole point of a rush order? I'm very disappointed that I now need to consider other gift options for Father's Day due to the item not being completed within the scheduled timeframe. I asked for a cancellation and was promptly issued a refund hence why I gave a 2-star and not a 1-star rating.

I worked with Manny at The Print Lounge for our American Heart Association run my organization (HIMSS) participated in, in September. He's local and does an excellent job with a wide array of materials and choices! Everyone was really happy and still wears the t-shirts!

We ordered shirts for my baby's first birthday party and they were too cute. Quality shirts and vibrant colors! The owner was able to take the design we were using throughout his party and make our idea come to life. We were also late getting the order to him and he was able to fit us in! My husband also orders custom shirts for his business from The Print Lounge and they are always vibrant and quality! He's found a repeat customer in this family!
