Family staycation during spring break. Really an exemplary hotel experience that lives up to the St Regis brand. Everyone that helped us just has a wonderful attitude and is very genuine. I made a note it was my child’s birthday over the trip and they even managed to put us on a floor that matched his age! Small details like this are what make experiences stand out and create fun memories. Pool was lovely. Breakfast at Miru was delicious and the room was amazing, but the staff are what make the difference. Can’t wait to stay again!

This is a very new luxury hotel so very expensive. Thing is hotel floor is not as high as you might see from the pic (those are residence I believe) so you don’t really get super cool high floor view. Service is nice, bathroom design is a little weird to me since it takes a lot of space and make the bedroom area small.

Incredible service at the great location. By the second stay, the staff already knew us by name and would have everything ready in advance. Two things letting it down are the gym and the parking:The gym is big and spacious, but the equipment feels cheap and flimsy compared to even the Gwen downtown. While on site valet parking is convenient, it's 85$ which feels a bit absurd - thankfully, there is a 39$ public garage for the building next door (2 min walk) but you do need to know about it.

Everything was super nice and very comfortable. I think the location was great, it was a nice easy drop off for valet. I also loved that the staff made it a point to recognize my partners birthday. The shower and bathtub was super relaxing. I loved the room service and the helpful staff. I did notice the phones in our room weren’t working, I couldn’t call room service, I ended up calling the front desk from my own phone. I also noticed that one of the small coffee cups provided in the room for the coffee maker was still dirty. Not a super big deal though. Overall, really nice overnight stay!

Great location, very kind and friendly with my small kid traveling with me. They corrected the issue of not honoring Marriott benefits, which helps. Breakfast at the 10th fl restaurant was nice.

The room was a masterpiece of comfort and elegance, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the state-of-the-art amenities, was thoughtfully curated to provide an unparalleled guest experience.Dining at the hotel was a culinary journey, with exquisite dishes that showcased a blend of local flavors and Japanese cuisine. The ambiance of the restaurants added to the dining experience, making each meal memorable. What truly sets the St. Regis Chicago apart is its commitment to excellence. Every interaction with the staff felt genuine and personalized, making me feel valued and taken care of throughout my stay.

Amazing experience. Some of the reviews I read prior had me a bit concerned (some folks stating their Marriott loyalty meant nothing). Fortunately none of that was true. I was greeted as Titanium and was made to feel appreciated through the entire stay. Front desk was amazing. Valet was quick and terrific (even though I lost my ticket for the car). That brings me to the room. Wow. Views, comfortable finishings and unparalleled luxury touches.Location is nice - very walkable when the weather warms up. But ride share and house cars were easy to get.Well done. Will be back again for another stay!

Had a stay-cation at this hotel. Service was great, however, there was a mixup and I was charged for items and services not received. Would recommend asking for itemized receipts everywhere within the facility.

We had an incredible experience at the property and throughout our interactions. We had the pleasure of having Alyssa assist us with check in and check out. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job making us feel welcomed and is the reason we’ll be coming back to enjoy the Italian restaurant. Alejandro was an amazing butler who went above and beyond for us and Gabriel was professional, friendly and detail oriented in assisting us in coming to/leaving from the property.Stephanie was also someone my girlfriend wanted to give a shout at to as she had a great experience at the spa!

We had an amazing stay here with a beautiful room overlooking the lake and river. The room was spacious and we really appreciated them providing champagne and a dessert in the room to celebrate my birthday. The room and the shower/bathroom were large and it was nice having a small closet area to change and keep our items in. Everyone who works there was amazing, especially Alyssa at the front desk, and the complimentary car to take guests places within 2 miles was the cherry on top. If I had to pick the smallest detail to nitpick, I wish the indoor pool was heated more - in January, it was a little too cold for this Texas girl to enjoy - but if that's the only thing to think of to improve, I'd say it must've been a pretty wonderful experience.
