This is a fantastic UPS store. If you are helped by Omar, you are seriously in good hands. He is friendly, super knowledgeable, and will ensure that your package gets delivered appropriately and handle any problems that happen along the way. We shipped several packages across the country and he helped us tape them together and send them out all at the same time so that they would also deliver at the same time. The service at this UPS store is fantastic and I’m really glad I shipped my packages with this store.

Needed to drop off 50+ packages last minute and was really afraid to overwhelm a UPS store. Omar reassured me that it's no problem and he would be HAPPY to take my packages. He even offered me a cart to bring in all my boxes. He was friendly and warm with us. This was honestly the best shipping experience I've ever had. This is our new UPS store, and we are driving from West Town.
