I have been to this location twice and both times the employees were extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me. Excellent, excellent customer service.

Excellent and courteous staff! After I had applied an incorrect QR code to an Amazon return, I was able to work with them over the phone to correct my mistake even though it was near closing time.

The older man is so rude and always making snide remarks while looking at me such as “these people are stupid coming in at closing” when it was 20 minutes before it. He is not helpful whatsoever, his colleagues are friendly but unfortunately not on schedule that day. I avoid this UPS now since that interaction. This was my go to store when anyone other than him was working. He is unprofessional and should retire instead of taking his misery out on people and ruining their day.

Update: I received a phone call from the owner of this store and he was very polite. He explained to me why I was billed the amount that I was and took responsibility for staff not communicating the full price during the transaction(full price meaning shipping, pickup fee, materials, etc.)He apologized and even refunded me the charge. He also ensured me he would council the employee I spoke to initially when I called to resolve this issue. He also said they would use this as a learning opportunity to change processes to ensure this does happen again to another customer.I really appreciate that he listened to my concerns and showed empathy for the situation, instead of having a mocking/smirking attitude of "oh well, don't care" like I received from the other person I spoke to.I have updated this review to a 5 star based on my interaction with this gentleman, and because the interaction I had with a single employee does not translate to the entire business being bad.Previous review, leaving for context for update above⬆️:The below was an interaction with a UPS rep and a single employee of this store.This store(through a UPS rep I contacted at instruction from BWI) quoted me $14.27 to mail a lost item from the BWI airport to my house in Florida. Once I provided payment info they billed me $33.84. I called and spoke to an individual at the store who claimed there was a $10 shipping fee and the 8"x12" bubble mailer was $7 and some change. That still does not add up. I told him this was fraudulent and he denied that and said "Naw I mean not really". The package says I was charged for a 3lb package weight. The USB drive is 1.07oz and even with the bubble mailer it came in it was under 1/10 of a lb.If you are quoted a price and billed almost double the amount quoted that is fraud. You did not bother to disclose any other fees and did not send me an itemized invoice showing what those charges were for. When I called your employee was rude like I was wrong for questioning the increased amount.

I stopped by Wednesday 10.11 afternoon to drop off a couple packages to be shipped out. The amount of kindness and professionalism the manager Gu'Han had is incredible. This is one of the best customer service experiences i've ever had. I would go out of my way to ship packages out of this UPS for how stellar my experience was.
