"I had my first disappointing experience at The UPS Store today. I visited the location to print three pages of documents, when I enter the whole store smell like a fried kitchen, then i was surprised to be charged totaling $0.70 (3 pages). To make matters worse, they added a hefty "custom fee" of $5.00!
While waiting to print, the staff was cooking something in the store. The strong smell and unexpected fees made for a frustrating experience, leaving my clothes smelling like fried food.
I hope they reconsider their pricing and store policies in the future."

I had a GREAT experience in the past!! Now, I’ve been trying to reach the store via phone since last week, during various times and no one answers the phone. I want to patronize this location but, hate to make a wasted trip to get a simple question answered and to pass them to go to another UPS store outside of my neighborhood.

The store was clean, organized and played calm inviting music. I really appreciated this. And the most noticeable thing that I had experienced, was how pleasant and professional the team members were from the very start of entering the store. Great experience! I will be returning to this location (63rd Cottage) as my main "UPS Home"! I hope that it doesn't change..

UPS Store: great, never had an issue here and they're quick. UPS delivery is impossible to leave a review so I'm leaving it here to see if gains any traction with them because they refuse to just drop the package off and don't use their UPS My Choice "pre-arrival" texts in this area which would be extremely helpful so I know to "catch" the package. How am I supposed to know you're here when you arrive 30 min outside your 4 hour window???? Isn't it a known fact that if you see a doorbell in this town that looks over a few years old you might as well assume it doesn't work? Every other delivery driver has no problem just sending me a text when they show up or even calling. Fine, love it, that works. UPS: crickets, nothing, nada, zilch, no warning they are here and they just drive off saying "sorry we missed you". you have my number, use it please.

I needed a label to be printed for my package that needed to be sent by today. Their printer was down, and despite how busy their store was getting near closing time, they still were able to handle all the customers after me and get in contact with their printers service provider to get that fixed so that I could ship my package. They even stayed after hours just to ensure I was taken care of. Best service I’ve ever had at a UPS store!

The staff at this location are always helpful and have gotten to know me. They do a great job of answering questions and handling the lines so I rarely have to wait long.

This store on 63rd off cottage in Chicago Illinois has a really great atmosphere the customer servants are very kind and pleasant and they try to get you in and get you out very quickly with a kind heart. They are really skilled at customer service. The store is very clean and I cannot say enough about how kind and sweet they are
