To whom it may concern over the weekend my son was trying to get tickets for better seats for the George Lopez concert and he was denied even though he was telling the person he would pay extra they wouldn't let him do it I think that was wrong and very unfair and on uncall for this situation!! If this what you call is customer service it really sucks!!! I'm going to tell my son really think about of going through Ticketmaster again because we never had a problem before and for that person to do that it was wrong!!

Due to Ticketmaster's own website being down and experiencing severe latency issues, we won't be going to the Bears/Vikings game this weekend. I call them and they take no responsibility at all. Absolutely zero customer service, care for the customer even when it is there systems which are down. This rating is simply for this one occurrence, don't even get me started on how they allow 'bots' to buy up all the tickets for any event and they sell out, but are on Stub Hub minutes later for 2-3x face value.

I find them unethical and hard to work with. I have only had bad experiences when trying to buy refund and/or exchanging tickets. Be very careful when dealing with them, they can be very shaddy. If you do have any issues plan on dealing with automated system. They don't answer the phone :-0. So many bad reviews...it's hard to believe they haven't paid several people off to continue their monopoly. If enough people complain to BBB, maybe they will be forced to change the way they do business.

I can't believe I even have to go this far.. but I've been buying from Ticketmaster for years, and this has been the biggest scam to date.Why do you think you're unable to speak to ANYONE at Ticketmaster?Do you think it's because they stand by the products they're selling?I bought two tickets for a large venue show months ago, and ticketmaster changed it to the Aragon ballroom, the worst venue in Chicagoland, and about 1/4 of the size of Northerly Island.I'm asking for a refund since this is not what I paid for, and not what we agreed to when I gave my credit card information.Two weeks before the show takes place, they change the venue. Now Ticketmaster is straight up lying, saying that I didn't purchase the tickets. Then why does my credit card statement from April show 'TICKETMASTER' across the charge? Hm?Now they're back tracking, saying actually I transferred the tickets out of my account. Then why can I see both of the tickets, still in my account like they have been the whole time???What CROOKS. This company is an absolute joke. How can you straight up lie to a paying customer, for a full week??I've had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I will never purchase from Ticketmaster again.. we need some competition because they are scamming everyone they can.

Worst customer service experience ever. Literally back to back events. Exchanged tickets for a different night. Still see the old tickets but can't get the new tickets and it's impossible to get any actual help. Second event the venue over sold premium parking ($120) and the venue said to contact ticketmaster. Ticketmaster says contact the venue.. just a ping pong back and forth.. Simply horrible experience

Customer service sucks!!! Very easy to order tickets online but once you purchase, if you wanted to make changes, too bad. I called about 15 different numbers and was never able to speak to a live human being. Nothing but run away, wrong numbers, office closed even though you were calling doing business hours. I will never buy tickets from them again.
