The ONLY nail shop I’ll ever go to in Chicago. Kim and Terry genuinely love me and i love them back. They make me feel comfortable and welcomed everytime, this is my second home and MY FAMILY. If you come here with bad spirit and energy or you’re rude he will let you know that’s not tolerated here. I have no complaints with my nails ever and that’s exactly why no one else in the city can touch me.

Went here earlier to get my nails done and the only lady in the shop had a nasty attitude when I asked her to refile a few nails she didn’t shape correctly. She also was too rough with the drill on my nails and cuticles. I had to tell her repeatedly to stop going over my skin with the drill due to pain. Paint job looked like a child did it. The store also had no air conditioning. I had to go to another nail shop to get her horrible nail work corrected. 0/5 stars!! Will not be coming back.

Highly recommended, they're very professional, good prices, quality work, welcome people good treat them same with respect. Everytime I go there i feel like it my home. I Never be disappointed by my nails because of they great job 👍👍. Over 5 stars 👏

If I could give a negative star I would! I went and waited an hour and a half for Kim for what her husband told me was originally a 30 min wait. I came to this location once before and I hated the way he did my feet and had an attitude when I asked to fix it so I DID NOT want him servicing me. After waiting Terry asked am I ready for my pedicure so I thought he was getting the water ready for Kim. When I realized he was trying to do my feet I asked what happened with Kim doing my feet. He gets mad and says he can turn off the water and I can wait for her. After she started doing another person nail who I came in before. After some back and forth of me explaining my issue and my feet has already been soaking, I tell him he can just finish which he then says he don’t want to do my feet anymore and then takes a gun out the drawer to put in his pocket. I was wiping off my feet and putting on my shoes not once did I threaten him for him to even pull out a gun because the door was 2 feet away. If you don’t want to be disrespected in your own neighborhood for simply requesting a person please don’t go here! He acts nice until you don’t let him do what he wants. Kim as well. my sister, friend and I have also been going to her at her previous location and she was there disrespecting me too.

I have been going to Kim and terry for years very happy. The service is excellent very clean shop. Monday to Wednesday full set and pedicure $80. Get card stamped 7 times you get 20% off.

I will definitely come back they have a forever customer in me, thank you Great salon! I went to Tip top nails for my nails and I am very pleased with my nails every time they make them beautiful in every way. They always get me in and out quickly, the place is cute and clean, and they do my nails very well. My gel nails always look natural, not thick and flaky!
