Do not take any kind of specialty fabric here. I dropped off a velvet suit and got it back damaged. The woman behind the counter immediately got defensive and said it was an issue drycleaning velvet (don't take it then!), insisted the jacket must be old (8 months old, worn 5 times!), insisted she didn't touch it, and then offered to clean it again (ha!). Very unhelpful, and it seems the clothes may not be cleaned onsite. Don't trust them with your dry cleaning, and don't expect them to try and resolve the issue. Do expect them to pretend there's no issue and, when that doesn't work, argue about the exact nature of the problem instead of doing anything to fix it. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible. Brought a brand new shirt I had hand made for my brothers wedding and got it back with a huge stain on the cuff. I pulled it out of the plastic and brought it in. They are claiming the did nothing wrong. $200 lost. Do not give this place your business

Great establishment. Needed my suit dry clean quickly for a function at 6pm. Drop it off in the morning and was able to pick it up at 12. Also it wasnt expensive.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I was in town and needed to get my suit pressed before heading to a funeral. Tipton's was located nearby my hotel and had decent reviews so I left a coat, trousers and a dress shirt to be cleaned and pressed.They did a great job getting everything done on the same day but it wasn't until I got back to the hotel that I noticed pressing wrinkles in the suit coat. That's an amateur error. Perhaps if I had more time I could have gone back to have them fix up the coat but I just didn't have time to do it. Nevertheless it should have been done right the first time.

They saved my wedding suit! And in all honesty, they saved my marriage too. During the process of moving, I managed to get WD40 on my new, custom suit. Obviously, my now-wife was not happy as a bum-rushed her in a panic to share how colossal of a screw up I had. Spoiler: she wasn't pleased. I took my suit in a panic to Tipton who very calmly and casually assured me that they could not make me smell like a garage while wearing my suit. Boy oh boy did they deliver! They got WD40 out of my suit with no trace of smell or stain. They are now my forever go-to for dry cleaning.

This place is amazing! Only cleaner I could find that could do 24 hour turn around after 12. Saved me from showing up as a groomsman at m best friends wedding with a wrinkly and musty suit

I'm a procrastinator. So I needed to get my suit dry cleaned and my wife's dress pressed for a wedding. Naturally, I waited until the day before. It was after noon so no cleaners were able to help me out, except Tipton's. I called there, and they said they could get everything ready for me by 10:30am the next day. Not only did they have everything ready, but it was pouring rain when I showed up, and they let me pull in by the side door under the canopy so my stuff didn't get wet. I've always had a good experience here. Highly recommended neighborhood place.
