Dayana's customer service is next level. She was so warm, and kind and patient with me. She made sure to educate me about the benefits of the TJ Maxx card and took extra time to help me bag my merchandise. If I could bottle the moon and give it to her as a gift, I would.

A cashier named Ercell jones just tried to sign my mother up for the tj max credit card without our consent and our knowledge of her doing so. She proceeded by telling my mother that she would save 10% off her purchase if she just scanned her ID. The pin pad started asking for more information, like the basic phone number and all that. It was until it started asking for income that she proceeded to tell me to put anything, and then she turned the pin pad herself and typed some numbers in. I asked her if this was for the credit card, and she started avoiding the question. Her whole attitude and mood changed. BE AWARE OF THIS TYPE OF CASHIERS, especially since they prey on people of all ages. She should be held accountable for her actions, as this is not the first time this has happened with the same cashier. 😡😡
