Strange location.. from a cashier (Natalie) badmouthing a customer as he is walking away to another employee to some crazy asian lady (manager?) yelling at employees about a return policy she clearly doesn’t understand herself.
I also got same stuck up child cashier.

This morning, i have experience the WORST shopping. I came across a person who snatched a item of my hand and the employee stood there as a witness not doing anything about the situation. Luckily, a security was in front and took action.

I love how they organize things. By colors! It’s cute and lovely. (Kind of inconvenient tho😂)
A big variety of cheap priced goods gives you hard time making decisions, but it’s still fun. You get the best deals anyway.

Employees hide merchandize from customers like Hello Kitty things, a customer caught one of the employees laughing to their friend on the phone talking about buying all Hello Kitty merchandize (maybe reselling) And didn't let a customer get a blanket that was HIDDEN under a basket. If you want to buy one that's fine but buying the entire stock? Crazy.

It’s sad that you can’t even shop and find what you want because the employees hide things for themselves which is a bit selfish of them or when you ask them for an item that’s in their hands they say you can’t buy it because it’s not available when it’s very much available to buy but they just want to hide it instead so I don’t recommend coming here. I hope they know that they’re not slick and it’s just embarrassing that they do these type of things. That’s why I highly don’t recommend coming here there’s no point.

IF YOURE LOOKING FOR HELLO KITTY MERCH DONT SHOP HERE!!!
there was this employee talking on the phone with a friend (you can tell because she was laughing and talking about buying out all the hello kitty merchandise) she was unloading a box of merchandise and had a hello kitty blanket in her hand. she was hiding it under a basket and i walked up and asked if i could buy the hello kitty blanket. she quickly reached under the basket and grabbed it out and said she was stocking it and it’s not available yet. she briskly waked away from me with the blanket under her arm.
