I've been to several different stores and this one is by far more friendly and the helpful. You can easily find what your looking for or someone is right there to help you.

Was told by Cynthia that my E gift card could only be used to make online purchases even though the homedepot.com website says E gift cards can be used in-store OR for online purchases. When I ask for a supervisor, the supervisor said the same thing and when I mentioned Cynthia's negative tone, misinformation, and rude attitude the supervisor was just as rude. You're better off going to a different location or better yet, go to LOWES!

Curbside sucks. Customer service sucks .. I've been here for over an hour waiting for curbside.... And now I'm waiting inside the store for someone to carry this to my car... what? Shingles. An African-American employee and a young girl employee ended up carrying the materials to my car. Thank you. I know that was not your job. But thank you.... I will not be returning to your crappy Home Depot wasting my time and wasting my gas for over an hour. Definitely the worst Home Depot in the Midwest.

Ordered some flowers for planting, on-line with shipping. I do not drive and had no way to pick up the flowers so I was real glad to see this. I ordered some 4.25 Grande Superbells Dreamsicle (Proven Winners) for $31. The picture showed a large beautiful orange flowered plant. What I got was 4 little plants, 2 not even in the squashed pots, but laying in the bottom of the box. None of the plants had flowers. I called Home Depot Customer Service, could not understand the woman was put on hold for a bit then hung up on. So I planted the pathetic looking plants and hoped for the best. They were way way overpriced for what I got.

Used tools at new prices!!!Bought a "new" table saw. Opened that s***** up and found a lot of saw dust on it, so it was used and sold off as new. Not planning on returning it because it looks like it works and also not planning on buying tools from this store and possibly the chain in general. Took video but won't let me upload only record new footage and i don't want to deal with that again.

Manager Rodrigo swore in Spanish at a customer who was having an issue. Also he wasn’t wearing a mask!?

They messed up my online order and I didn't realize until I got home (was picking up with an infant). I called and explained to the store manager that it even though I live two blocks away, it would be difficult to come back to the store to fix my order because I had my baby with me. The store manager offered, since I had my baby and lived nearby, to have someone deliver what was missing from my order to my mailbox. That is the kind of service that makes me want to shop here all the time.

No one to assist in garden depot in the middle of spring. There weren't that many choices for needs but I did make it work. Price good.

I hate going to this broke down Home Depot. I ordered a ladder online. While I was waiting to pick it up the gal dragged it across the floor. I know it'll get beat up when I use it. But what is the thought process that makes it acceptable to drag my new expensive product? If I bought a hamburger from you would you toss it to me like a frisbee? Take some pride in your work. And if you can pick it up properly, find an employee who can! Back again cause a better Home Depot was out of what I wanted. I placed an online order three days ago to only come here and not have it be ready. This place is the worst, not to mention you better be careful around here.

As far as Home Depot stores go, this one is actually pretty good. It's also the nearest to my house, so that's pretty good also! I have bought flowers here for the past few years. Maybe it has something to do with the flowers, but the cashiers in the garden section are usually very pleasant and helpful. Today was no exception. BTW, I was really thrilled to find two real live human being cashiers in the garden section. My recent experience with HD has been self-checkout only and did I mention that I was really thrilled to find live cashiers checking people out in the garden section?? No it's not a senior moment - - I'm just really thrilled and wanted to mention it a few times!! Anyway, my cashier today was Joanna and she was so patient, helpful and just downright delightful. The prices are not exactly obvious in some flower sections and although some flowers looked very similar, there was a $2 difference in price. I decided to leave the more expensive plants and went back to get more of the very similar, but $2 cheaper plants. Joanna was so nice about checking the price on each plant as she rang it up to make sure that I had picked up the right plants this time. Although I was able to find some very nice flowers, the selection this year was not quite as nice as previous years. Hopefully they will be getting some more variety in the next few weeks. Although my garden shop experience was very pleasant, I just don't feel comfortable giving more than 3 stars. I was a little annoyed trying to walk through the the front aisle that spans the store on my way to the restrooms. Navigating between customers is one thing, but two store associates were blocking the aisle as they carried on a conversation. THEY seemed a bit annoyed when I said "excuse me" as I tried to get thru - - guess I interrupted the conversation - - oh, well. As another reviewer mentioned, it is a rather congested parking lot. You really have to watch and be careful and patient as you walk or drive thru this HD parking lot. It's no Menards (one of my favorite store chains), but it's pretty decent for a Home Depot and convenient--oh, I think I said something like that that already. My experience at Home Depot was amazing! We were doing a few things at home with plumbing and we were looking for a few pieces. Xavier from plumbing was so helpful he suggested ideas and ways of making it easy for us. He was so nice and patient with us, he answered all of our questions. Home Depot is lucky to have a person like Xavier. I spoke with the manager about him but didn't put to much interest so that's why I decided to come on here and write a review
