Total Wireless has got to be the worst company in the US. Actually, their 800 "I happy to help you" customer service center is located in the Philippines, with an amazing "English as a 1023rd language" staff waiting to drop your calls as they transfer you, or try to understand you as you speak to them, enunciating every word like you're speaking to a visitor from Mars. Add to that their one tower does not seem to get the best service, and you have it. Oh, and if you want to drop them? Good luck. Their easy to dial NTP611611 number designed to help anyone anywhere port from this horrible service? And you are helpless to switch services. May want to rethink before signing up. Nightmare.

Very rude customer service. Spent 6 days porting a number. And for God's sake speak English!!! Service is spotty by the Wis borders.

Total Wireless is a TOTAL SCAM. I tried two different Total Wireless phones (Samsung S7 and Iphone 6s Plus) and neither of them would work properly or activate right with the card that I bought. They did not offer any support for this and Total Wireless did not provide help after 7 calls and 3 online chats. They are very rude to their customers and will hang up the phone on you, ignore you, and waste all of your time acquiring information that they know nothing how to do with. Their customer support office is based out of the Philippines and it is very difficult for American customers to understand anything they say. I tried to get a 50 dollar refund for the plan that I paid but they told me that they would not give the refund. I told them that I should not have to pay for something that does not work on their own phone with their name on it. I then asked the manager on the phone so are you telling me that you expect me to pay 50 dollars for a product that does not work? She said, "Yes, that is correct". Don't even look at them at the store, they are a rip off and a huge joke!
