Scammers! They do not follow Total Wireless promotions! She said for four lines it would be $450. When I asked for the breakdown. She said every line had to be charged individually for the month of service. She said family plans do not apply. She said that there were taxes on the full price of the phone and activation fees. That did not equal 450. She said well, that’s our price.

Broke my phone on 8/1/2025 & had to come into the store to have my landline unlocked & Jose & Rose had the best customer service when it came too making sure that my service got restored

DONT BUY INSTORE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! I just went in 5/28 asked the “young lady” how much is the cheapest line ? She answered $150 . I confirmed; was that price with a state ID she said yeah. I LITERALLY WENT ON ONLINE AND PAID $55 for everything INCLUDING PHONE!! YA BETTER STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE! Or this place should be closed for business. I will be reporting this place to corporate!

Total Wireless is a TOTAL SCAM. I tried two different Total Wireless phones (Samsung S7 and Iphone 6s Plus) and neither of them would work properly or activate right with the card that I bought. They did not offer any support for this and Total Wireless did not provide help after 7 calls and 3 online chats. They are very rude to their customers and will hang up the phone on you, ignore you, and waste all of your time acquiring information that they know nothing how to do with. Their customer support office is based out of the Philippines and it is very difficult for American customers to understand anything they say. I tried to get a 50 dollar refund for the plan that I paid but they told me that they would not give the refund. I told them that I should not have to pay for something that does not work on their own phone with their name on it. I then asked the manager on the phone so are you telling me that you expect me to pay 50 dollars for a product that does not work? She said, "Yes, that is correct". Don't even look at them at the store, they are a rip off and a huge joke!

terrible customer service!!!! the guy has his own personal phone number as the phone store. Asked to get help getting my pin and couldn't help. Store opens whenever they want , NO HELP what so ever.
