The prices here are absolutely outrageous. What is with the $9 for half a pound of chicken salad?

Cute local grocery! They don't have a huge selection but rather a well-thought out array of items including most essentials. I stopped here to check out their cheeses and found they have a sizeable deli counter with great grab-and-go options, and local produce at a reasonable price. Will definitely be shopping here more often!

Amazing selection of food for a small corner neighborhood store and tasty fresh grab and go lunch options.

I live right around the corner from this cute little place and its a perfect spot to grab a quick snack or lunch on the go! It has a very fun farmers market type variety inside, they stock these amazing preserves one is "berries and rose" and the other "fig and earl grey" and they are both a great hit on every cheese board I create. my friends have started to even ask me to pick up a jar on my way over to wine nights!

The market was very cute and had a homey feel, the workers all being nice. They had a niche rather small selection, but a wonderful array of canned seafood. Everything was a little bit pricey but it was a fun little outing to get fun treats! My favorite things were the bagel sandwiches, bread selection, and fun drinks.

I lived in printers row for two years. I used to go to the trader joes a bit further south but after a while, I decided to go to Tottos instead. The staff are amazing, the products are top, top notch. From dry goods to meats, to eggs, to veggies. They are sourced from local farmers and other local Chicago establishments. I really can't speak higher about the place. Love it and miss it every day.

We've been coming to Totto's since we moved to the area a few years ago. They've got a unique selection of treats and groceries which add a little extra to our regular grocery hauls. Owner and staff are always friendly.

So disappointed. I payed $9.99 for a pre-made chicken salad sandwich. I picked this specifically over the egg salad, because the egg salad had celery in it and this didn’t- at least not listed in the ingredients. However it was full of celery. It’s so ridiculous to pay so much and not get what you think you’re paying for.

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Their facial expressions tell all, but more importantly how resistant they are interact and help me as a customer.

I assume the good reviews are for the products? Will reiterate what has already been said - extremely RUDE male staff that talked down to not only me but other customers. Horrible experience it’s a shame it’s a cute store that I will never step foot in again.

Cute and clean store, but seriously? $18 for a rotisserie chicken? Are there gold flakes stuffed inside?

Living in Printers Row, grocery stores can be a little out of reach if you're looking for a few convenient grocery items without walking 15+ minutes. Totto's Market may seem cute, but it is super overpriced (obviously feeding on peoples' need for convenience) and the customer service is gross. Every time I've been, the workers are not friendly and after another seeing another BIPOC customer getting treated rudely today, I sadly have to consider racism is also at play, which is weird given the area. Whatever the issue is, the staff really needs to learn to be nicer. We all have bad days but even then, do better. Also maybe have more options and things that are affordable? Everything is some fancy artisan party favor. And Imagine paying so much for produce that looks like it was put through a washing machine.
