The shelves look as if an apocalypse happened and we had to grab everything we needed in 5 minutes. There is never stock on the items people actually want and the workers act as if they don’t know where they stuff is and you can’t hear them thru their masks. Last thing, don’t go between the hours you actually want to shop because they always seem to have lines that are, again, as if we are in apocalyptic times.

The grocery store chain I love. can get groceries without breaking your wallet, lol, and they have all the good stuff, and their clerks are really nice.

What’s there to say? It’s Trader Joe’s. But I had a really great experience I want to share. While I was shopping I was suddenly very dizzy and my vision blurred. I was about to fall over and I went to an employee who walked me up front to a bench and sat with me. Another woman (assuming a manager) also came over to help and monitor me. They were both so patient, helpful and sweet. Ultimately an ambulance came but up to that point I was looked after above and beyond.
Everything is ok and I’m very grateful the staff at this TJs was so helpful.

Best TJs in Chicago! Everyone is so nice and the play the best music. I also love that they ask if I’m walking or driving (if walking they’ll put the cart back for you).

One of my favorite neighborhood grocery stores. The employees are all very nice and professional and helpful. Parking is available but can be challenging if you visit the store on the weekend and after work.

This location used to be good quality and well stocked. However the last 3 times I have gone there over 3 months, I end up getting home and opening produce, dry goods, or bread that has already gone bad. The expiration date isnt for another 2 weeks but all these products have mold on them. It happened to me with the corn, Jelly, and now the english muffins.
They have a good policy on giving you store credit for items, but still. Their quality in goods have gone down and it is noticeable.

Love this Trader Joe’s! It’s smaller than some other locations, but they pack a ton of good stuff in here. The staff is always super friendly, and even when it’s busy (which is often), the checkout moves fast. Parking can be a little chaotic, so if you can walk or take the train, that’s the move. Pro tip: If they’ve got the seasonal snacks in stock, grab them fast—they go quick!

Mesha (apologies if I'm spelling her name wrong) is absolutely wonderful! She checked my items out and noticed I was making nachos for dinner and she put me onto Trader Joe's white queso dip. I really appreciated how engaged and thoughtful she was! She turned my usual grocery trip into a nice treat.
