I initially gave Triangle 5 stars, but after several months driving the car post-repair, feel cheated by this guy. My brakes and rotors cost $800, which he assured would get me "the job done right". I think he says this to people because hes presentable and a good salesman, but my brake job feels mediocre at best. My car moves when I put the e-brake on and I had to go back to adjust stuff because the shop guy left some paneling loose. I do not get the sense I have great brakes, just not broken ones. Not an $800 brake job.

Ordered a Uhaul for during closed store hours but the key was in the return box and was unable to obtain it meaning they failed to stage the pickup for 24/7 auto pickup.
As of writing this, I have waited over 2 1/2 hours and called uhaul customer service and their phone several times. They should really have an out of store phone number to call incase of situations like this. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time and money especially since I have to be out of my apartment by 4 today. I hope U-Haul is able to resolve this FOR THEM.

My office is located down the street from the shop, myself and a few coworkers have been serviced by Triangle multiple times and all have had great experiences. Paul and crew are extremely knowledgeable, they explain everything top to bottom, and overall you feel confident driving away knowing your car has been serviced above your expectations. Pricing is also extremely reasonable.

I just took my 2013 Sienna to Bryan at Triangle today for the first time and they did an excellent job! Super competent mechanics got the repair done right and quick. No doom and gloom up sell for bogus stuff you don’t need like so many other shops. Honest, talented, and friendly mechanics. Will definitely be back! I worked at this place many years.I can honestly say this IS THE BEST place to bring your car.Nooo other business is better.Now a days I do landscaping so no longer heating and cooling.
