Andersonville Hardware is convenient and close. I’ve gone in to find a small part from time to time and they have always been very nice and helpful.A couple years ago, they re-screened a window screen for me. My only complaint is that the screen was not done very tight so it flaps a bit in the breeze, but otherwise has held up fine.

A true hardware store without the distracting marketing gimmocks, this store was around way before I moved to Andersonville and will hopefully be around long after I become a famous artist and move. Every time I stop in for something, they have it. The friendly staff greets you from wherever they might be in the store, and they let you shop for whatever little thing you’re looking for. If you can’t find it, they will. You might strike up a fun conversation and before long you won’t want to visit any other hardware store but this one. I come here for painting supplies and for general home improvement needs and I just really really love the place. I think you will too.

I just called TWICE to ask if they had some yellow teflon tape. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up before I could speak. SMH. Off to Crafty Beaver I guess.

Every person who works in this shop is knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction even if they don't have something (which has yet to happen for me). Perhaps the household projects I take on don't require anything special but I've found everything I've tried to find here. Prices are all over the board - they will have a premium product on the high end and their store brand will be the low end. Great value either way!!

I came to the store to get some knives sharpened and walked out with a bag full of $200 worth of good things that I actually really needed in my kitchen and didn't realize it with an explanation of not only how to use it but a demonstration of how to use it. I can't think of another store that I go shopping at it is so attentive and precise. Looking forward to doing more business there eventually.

Stellar selection of stuff and services at this little shop! ? They changed our car key batteries for the fraction of the dealership price in minutes. They sharpen knives too. I was looking for a specific bulb I bought from them before, they went out of their way to find a $3 bulb in the back storage for me. Honestly this is exactly the kind of local shop you wanna have in your neighborhood. They are making Andersonville proud.

If you ever had to get keys duplicated, you know it’s a crapshoot to get working keys. This place is perfect every time. So helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend.

I asked if they had a certain hinge I needed to replace, and the guys who were working basically laughed at me and said of course they wouldn’t carry it, nobody would. They made me feel d*** for asking. Well Home Depot had a ton of them, next time I won’t even bother trying to shop local if they’re going to treat me like that.

All of the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Prices are reasonable and they have nearly everything to meet your hardware needs! They also have a good deal of household items.
