Hands down best baby store in the city. Walked in here on a recommendation and Corey spent >1hr explaining differences in strollers, playards, nursery furniture, baby gear we had never heard of, etc. without upselling and with a candid nature not always seen but definitely much appreciated by us first-time clueless soon-to-be parents. We did a deep dive and geeked out on technical aspects which I appreciated.
Rachel, Corey and the team are extremely kind, helpful and professional, always promptly responding emails and accommodating requests. We have been back multiple times and set up our registry to link to the store. White glove delivery of our nursery furniture was fantastic as well.
Didn’t think I would have a “baby guy” but now I do.
Cannot recommend this place enough. Check it out. Shop local. They will take care of all of your baby needs.

I tried to purchase something online, they kept on cancel my order. What happen? Discriminate again people?
First of all I’m the the reseller, I only needs two item for my kids, so this is how you treat to little one? wow, thank you twinkle twinkle for no one. Never purchase any item from you guys! Waste of my time.

Love this store. So happy we purchased directly from a local retailer instead of online!
I had issues with the first car seat we selected and they were so accommodating - with my due date coming up within a week they helped me look for options for replacement with the manufacturer but ultimately being on a time crunch they helped us find a better option for us that was available in stock and did an exchange for us. They spent the time going over all the options and made sure we were happy with our purchase. Great customer service.

My husband and I visited the store after recommendations from two different couples. They raved about James's assistance. We were shopping for a stroller and car seat. Basically knowing next to nothing, we asked for James's help. He is kind, honest, patient and very knowledgeable. He spent at least 20 minutes with us, explaining all our options. After more research at home, we ended up buying a Twinkle Twinkle product online. Twinkle Twinkle delivered a car seat less than 48 hours later. EXCELLENT experience!

As first time parents, feeling like our due date is approaching at a faster pace than we can handle, we went here at a coworker’s recommendation. They were SO helpful in helping us with a stroller and car seat purchase. We read every review and article and thought we narrowed our options down to a few. When we arrived, they asked us questions about where we lived, our lifestyle, etc and immediately narrowed us down to two great options. We tried both out and both liked one better. The only remaining choices were colors. I wanted hazelwood and he wanted black. We went with the hazelwood stroller with black attachments.
We were in and out so fast that I had just had a large latte and (at 7.5 months pregnant) made it all the way home without having to use the restroom.
They even have a car seat installation service where you pull your car up and they show you how to install and use your car seat.
Can’t recommend this place more.

Great customer service from James and everyone. We were set up with our car seat and stroller. They take the time to unbox, assemble, and show you how everything works making you feel a lot more confident if you don't know what you are doing. Patient and kind folks. Thank you so much we will be back!

We were here from out of town aa our daughter had her baby 4 weeks early. We were in quick need of a Recliner/Glider and struggled to find anyone who could get it to us in less than 3-4 days and we needed it like today. We found this incredible store that has so much amazing stuff for babies and little ones and sure enough they had the glider we wanted. Not only did the owner, Rachel, step in to help us out and make sure they had it in their warehouse but she bent over backward making sure we could get it delivered and put together the same day. Just want to compliment her and her staff - James was also a huge help. Great store and even better customer service!

We had a great experience here, we were so lost in our quest for a stroller. James was so wonderful, answered all of our questions and he was so friendly and patient. They have various brands to try out and see and it was very helpful. Definitely recommend Twinkle Twinkle Little One.

I was in a crunch to find a specific travel stroller for a last-minute trip, and it was sold out everywhere. I called Twinkle Twinkle Little One to check if they had it in stock. They had multiple colors! The lady who took my order over the phone was incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring we had the stroller ready for pickup within a couple of hours. I wish we knew about this place before we had our little one. We'll be using them exclusively moving forward!

We are soon to be new parents and this place has been beyond helpful! Everyone that works there is so kind and patient, they explain all the different car seats, strollers, must haves. You really feel like you’re being taught and are making educated decisions rather than just being sold to. Can’t recommend this place enough! Plus they teach you how to install the base and the car seat!

I can’t even begin to express how amazing Corey and Rachel are - if I could rate 10/10 I would. Their store is super cute, their merchandise is the best quality and their customer service is out of this world.
